The Hotel position for ourselves was fine, we wanted to be near the shops, bathroom and electrical shops of Mong Kok and this suited us just fine. The hotel runs a 30 minute shuttle service to the shop area, but walking took just 10 minutes. Check-in and out pleasant, acceptable and problem free. The 18th floor room was on the small side, clean and comfortable with all expected facilities and a reasonable view of the Hong Kong sky line. The hotel is a little dated and I could find fault with decor, carpets etc, but none of this took away from the efficiency of the hotel. Breakfast is expensive, but we were given a voucher on check-in which reduced the cost down for the first morning by a third, however on presenting the voucher we were told to come down each day, advise our room number and we would receive the discount each day. Quite confusing and if we did not use the voucher the first day we would not have know we could get a good discount each day. Make sure you get a breakfast voucher on check-in. The breakfast selection is wide, with fresh egg cooking station and all expected breakfast choices.
Overall, It was a good hotel. Location was the best part of this hotel. There was no problem to find out the hotel. It was located very far from Airport. It was around 45 to 50 mins away. Beach was available in surroundings of the hotel. No shopping mall was there. Hotel's staff was okay-okay by nature. Appearance wise, hotel was okay from outside but from inside it was not that much good. Interior was very outdated there. Cleanliness was also not there. Bathroom was very dirty in the room. There was no problem in check-in and check-out time. Food was available there but we took food from outside. Restaurant was available on the Calangute Beach. Swimming pool and other activities were present there but we did not utilize them. Car was arranged by me for sightseeing. Booking was done through my friend. Room was okay-okay. No special view was available from there. It is a very huge property but they did not maintain it very well. TV, AC, geyser, and other normal amenities were provided in the room. They all were in working condition. They should take care of cleanliness and improve the interior. I stayed there for three days with friends one year before. Goa is a very good place and value for money. I have gone there many times. Garden was nice there.
Very comfortable place to stay. The rooms are maintained very neatly. The pool was big and well-maintained. Nice beach resort Calangute beach. The hotel offers amazing food. The swimming pool was cleaned atleast 4 times a day. The staff is polite & helpful. They offer free wi-fi. Rooms are spacious & have balconies. Well maintained property.
As we booked a AC suite room on Paradise Village Beach Resort, Calangute. Seriously we are little bit confuse about our decision for the trip. Believe me its a memorable experience in my life I ever say. The rooms and bathrooms are so good. Most of all the food is awesome. They arranged only for us a candle light dinner with a live band performance on 14th February. As we planned our bookings on 12th Feb to 15th Feb. Really want to go with my whole family again and again there. I advice to the travelers that if they planned to Goa they must stay at this resort. Love you Paradise Village
This was one of the best resort with good location. We had a good time with our friends with get together party. Hotel staff arranged for all the facilities with special food & snacks. I reached much early in the morning and it was prompt and hassle free early check-in and check-out was also very smooth. Receptionist were attentive and polite. - hut was good only maintenance part is average. Food in restaurant is tasty. Service time is too much. Breakfast was good. Property is connected to the beach. And that area of the beach is less crowded so enjoyed that too. Parking of vehicle is very safe inside. Children play area and swimming pool is good and maintained. Only thing I felt was service part need some improvement.
