Makemytrip is to be blamed for putting up a hotel like this, they have made us run around them for over 8 days till the day of check by constantly giving us false hopes of booking confirmed, we've booked it elsewhere, and etc. Now, talking about the hotel, very amateur staff. Rooms are unclean and badly maintained. Food is horrible, there are hardly few staff to maintain the hotel and does multiple things. By far the worst resort we have ever stayed! Very very bad service!

The Breakfast was just mouthwatering.

The Resort is very nice for stay.

Sitting at sunset Boulevard point makes feel relax.

Its took little time for check in, so reception counter services should be managed by more staff.

Rooms are nice, specially sitting out at the balcony in the middle of trees.

It was my long pending desire to spend few days in goa with my spouse. M/s akbar holidays, travel agent through whom I booked hotel has advised me to stay at paradise village resort at Calangute beach Goa. We stayed there for 4 days from 18th nov to 21st nov 2015. The package included pick up from airport and dropping back at the railway station. The service was very prompt and the cab driver mr mohammed was friendly and helpful. The front office staff and attendees of the resort were inexperienced or very careless in dealing the guest, only one Mr. Savio, a front office staff was helpful and others not bothered to attend the guests during peek time. The resort is situated inside a vast area with lot of independent villas. I was given a suit. The front wall of the room is in dilapidated condition and there is no proper lights outside the room. The room is well furnished and is kept neat and clean. AC was in good working condition though old and there is all amenities as in a 3 star hotel. But the cable connection (TV) proved in the room is useless with poor quality and very few local channels are available. The bathroom is provided with only two soaps and a small bottle of shampoo. Resort has very good pool which was closed for maintenance, there is scope for recreation and ayurveda massages by experienced hands. The food served ( breakfast and dinner) are good and the waiters were giving excellent service. If we go to the the beach through rear gate. It is difficult to find out the
Entrance of the resort when you return since there is no sign board and the entire beach is occupied by small huts which provide benches in the for rest. Over rating is good and the rate offered for the package is reasonable.

We went to celebrate my daughter's b'day in Feb'15. 6 members plus 2 children. Had booked a suite.

Room: spacious and clean. Suite has a living room and makes it convenient for children to play.

Activities: resort has a small play area and a badminton court. With low wind conditions, one can relax and play.

Pool: clean and decently big pool.

Food: booked with breakfast package. Breakfast buffet spread decent with decent taste, had lunch one of the days there, service was horribly slow (perhaps they were not expecting us for lunch)!

Location: excellent. Back of the resort opens up to Calangute. Once can walk for 10-12 mins on the beach and reach the main area to explore the various water activities offered.

Good hotel with nice space and structure with beach at backside. Swimming pool was really good and so big. Live orchestra was very nice and interesting and plays old as well as new songs. Lightning was too good. Food was also good. Enjoyed a lot.

I liked the location of the place. The people there are simple and very well behaved. Food and drink served in the hotel is okay, but you can always find good food and drinks around. Basic amenities are there and was very peaceful. If you are going with group then definitely you can consider this place.

The Hotel position for ourselves was fine, we wanted to be near the shops, bathroom and electrical shops of Mong Kok and this suited us just fine. The hotel runs a 30 minute shuttle service to the shop area, but walking took just 10 minutes.

Check-in and out pleasant, acceptable and problem free. The 18th floor room was on the small side, clean and comfortable with all expected facilities and a reasonable view of the Hong Kong sky line. The hotel is a little dated and I could find fault with decor, carpets etc, but none of this took away from the efficiency of the hotel.

Breakfast is expensive, but we were given a voucher on check-in which reduced the cost down for the first morning by a third, however on presenting the voucher we were told to come down each day, advise our room number and we would receive the discount each day. Quite confusing and if we did not use the voucher the first day we would not have know we could get a good discount each day. Make sure you get a breakfast voucher on check-in. The breakfast selection is wide, with fresh egg cooking station and all expected breakfast choices.

This was one of the best resort with good location. We had a good time with our friends with get together party. Hotel staff arranged for all the facilities with special food & snacks. I reached much early in the morning and it was prompt and hassle free early check-in and check-out was also very smooth. Receptionist were attentive and polite. - hut was good only maintenance part is average. Food in restaurant is tasty. Service time is too much. Breakfast was good. Property is connected to the beach. And that area of the beach is less crowded so enjoyed that too. Parking of vehicle is very safe inside. Children play area and swimming pool is good and maintained. Only thing I felt was service part need some improvement.
