Improvement required with room amenities, 24hrs hot water, need CP plan. Drinkers and non- drinkers are allowed to dine on same place so require different place. Food requires improvement as the vegetarian food also taste as non-vegetarian. Travel desk is missing and Hotel does not have required First Aid. Location is good as very commutable to tourist place.
Had been there on an business stay twice. The ambience of the hotel is something that makes you relaxed immediately. First appreciation goes to the Hotel front desk and reception. Mr. Harish(as I remember) was one of the best and polite person to deal with and was a perfect host. The rooms in the hotel are maintained well and each and every effort has been made to perfection keeping the guests request in mind. The staff or room service don't at all disturb you or irritate you like other hotels, they let you be. Didn't find a single thing to complain. Has a pool on top floor and a well maintained restaurant on the first. A perfect place with perfect ambience. Whether its a business trip or a family vacation I would suggest everyone including my friends and family to consider it an better option and have a hassle free stay.
Comfortable and appealing rooms. Clean and light. Its comforting seeing security guards watching out for you. I stay here every time I visit Mysore. The pool is refreshing in a funky setting. Love the purple elevator, it wakes you up for sure. Live music with dinner is really unique. Breakfast was good.
We staid 3 nights and we enjoyed the hotel as well as the restaurant. Rooms are lovely and very clean. The restaurant proposes different kind of food and Indian cuisine as well as continental cuisine are very good. We also took the opportunity of the gift shop to buy some souvenirs.
The Hotel is very aptly located in prime location of Mysore & Interiors are too good. They represent our Rich India culture. The Hotel has very good restaurant as well which serves all type of cuisines. Also they have Live Music performance in the Weekend.
The hotel is at a central location walkable from the Mysore palace. We were greeted warmly by the reception team and the room looked well cared for and clean. The room was well provided for in terms of plug sockets and lighting. We also found the hotel very well sign posted and the food very good. There is a handy restaurant with a wide variety of drinks and cuisines on offer so even the fussiest eater can find something to eat here!
Words can't describe the shittiness we encountered at the Park Lane Mysore. Seriously, this was the worst. Wild dogs at the street entrance made it difficult for us to approach the hotel. When we called the staff to help us get past the wild dogs, they refused. Finally, the dogs dispersed, and we made a run for it and managed to get to the hotel. From there, things got even worse. The staff were rude and unhelpful. There was ongoing construction. The noise insulation was pretty much nonexistent; you could hear everything (EVERYTHING). The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. The only thing nice about the hotel was the (completely misleading) website. Too bad you can't stay in the website. And on top of all this shittiness, it was expensive. We were swindled. Major fail.
The hotel is wonderful. Helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Good restaurant with a lot of varieties in its menu. Location is extremely good. The pool is also well maintained. One suggestion, they must include site seeing in their package along with complementary breakfast. The looks of the Front office needs some facelift. Overall it was a great experience particularly with the staff.
I visit Mysore just to hog and drink and have pleasant stay in this hotel. It has never disappointed me in any ways how many times I have came. I would love to visit again and again in the coming days. Cherished the stay whenever I have come. Ambience is what drives me crazy
Great ambience & helpful staff. Highly recommended. Wife had insulin pen cooling needs & they were understanding. They were very accommodating Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. Early arrival & late departure was handled well with top deck & pool
It was an okay hotel. I stayed there only for one day. I went there along with my family for roaming around in 2013. Staff was good in this hotel by nature. They were attending to all our requests on time. Bathroom was good with Bath tub. Everything was neat and clean there. I did not face any problem in this hotel. It was located very close to Mysore Palace. I reached there comfortably without any problem. It was a busy area. They had their own open restaurant. Swimming pool was there. Light music was arranged by them in the night. Bar was also available there. No delay in check-in and check-out procedure. Inside and outside look of the hotel was good. It was a new designed hotel. It was not a big hotel but room was good there. Interior was new in this hotel. Room was medium in size. Everything like AC, TV, geyser, refrigerator, etc. Was in working condition. No view was available from there. Staff cleaned the room daily. Bathroom and all were neat and clean there. I did not face any problem of water. I had taken morning breakfast and dinner from there. Food quality was nice. I ate veg food there. Price wise, it was reasonable. Activity was not there. Sightseeing trip was organized by our own but travel desk was available there. Finally, destination is little bit costly. It is a recommendable hotel to others. They should provide activities there. Mysore is a good place. Hotel's location was very good. Appearance wise, it was good. Reception services were also good. Overall service was good. Room was very good. Food was also very good. Activity part was worst.
Went to Mysore for a Business Trip & stayed at this Hotel which was brilliant in terms of luxury & service. the hotel is very well situated, close to the Mysore palace on Ashoka Road. Rooms are spacious and clean In room facilities provided are very sufficient. Good services, such as laundry service, done within half day. Good price for value. Good restaurant on the first floor with very tasty food and great prices.
I came here with my partner. I was very much heartthrob after receiving such a warm welcoming here. They have their own way to welcome you. The main area, the reception everything was very good. There was nothing much for the activity but it was nice. The food which I had here was very tasty and finger licking. The cleaning staff, the waiters and all in all the administration team is very supportive. They will make you feel like your home. The ambience is good. The rooms bigger and very clean. The parking area is also very maintained. I just enjoyed the stay.
