The Park, Delhi
15, Parliament Street, New Delhi
The stay at hotel was good and the best part is that it is very cheap. The room was good and prompt responsiveness was shown. I stayed here with my family. Had come here for a marriage purpose. So, stayed in this hotel for 2 day. Front officer and service boys was very kind. Rooms are very clean and so attractive. In this hotel i enjoyed a lot and felt like my home, but here i paid amount. A nice hotel with nice staff.
I started from Bangalore on march 27 morning and reached Delhi on 27 march evening. I soon went to my lodge booked on internet (The Park hotel). It was a lonely trip. The welcome was warm and the staff at the reception was polite. I had to wait a bit before the rooms is allocated. As I waited I saw around the pool and the surroundings and loved every bit of the exterior property. The room allotted to me was Verandah Room which luckily faced the lake. The view was brilliant! The room was spacious with most basic amenities however, they were not extraordinary, but good. My room didn't have hair dryer and none had bathroom slippers. I had to ask for these and the housekeeping never bothered to come even after several requests. The phone lines were never answered and if at all they were, it took ages for someone to attend my requests. Food was good and the staff at Verandah restaurant was very helpful. The breakfast crowd was massive during the holiday season was slightly unmanageable but i saw that the staff did their best to please everyone. In-room dining was quick and the food tasted good. Bed was also comfortable. Had a nice trip.
This is a very nice hotel. Room is of good size and attention from the staff is excellent. We had great food for both breakfast and dinner. Hotel rooms are medium sized, clean, decorated and comfortable to sleep. In room Internet WiFi speed is good. Hotel hospitality is really best. The first time we arrived we were amazed from the terrible welcome! In the check-in service, a very long process for check in unpleasant welcome and check-in team. A comfortable stay in this hotel. For me and wife really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and I recommend this hotel to everyone.
My experience in the hotel The Park was very good, I really feel the difference from the other hotel. The hotel The Park gives services which are at the top level and you feel at the top of the world. Amazing spacious rooms, great pool, good food for breakfast. All amenities there. Couple of comments on the breakfast service, service is very slow for hot drinks ( but they have a fresh juice bar that is fast) and you always see the staff who seem to argue and be stressed. Stressful for us guest to see that every morning too. If they can fix that, the rest is amazing, will stay there again. It was me and my friend visit in the Leela. We enjoyed dinner together. All the meal was excellent. Service was excellent, specially thanks for food service man,. Mild music made our night wonderful. All the members wanted to have dinner here at least once a month. We all enjoyed a lot
The Park hotel, property of Apeejay Surrendra Group is located primarily in Connaught Place and is one of the less re-known five-star abodes of the capital. I have stayed here couple of times on personal visits to Delhi and its a warm delightful place to stay both for business travellers as well for those on vacation. The entrance and reception lobby might look Lilliputian to many considering Five-star standards, but the inside rooms are spacious and the hotel has multiple restaurants and attractions like, Agni, Aqua. The elements of nature indeed being the theme of the hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful and room-service is decent. The conference halls are not too big and that can score it down on the list of business conferences being held, but the hotel finds its niche with its location by hosting regular international university fairs. The night-scene at Agni is a must for everyone to enjoy at their stay at The Park.
