About Pazhassi Kudeeram
Pazhassi Raja Tomb is the memorial of Pazhassi Raja, the ‘Lion of Kerala’. He is associated with organising guerrilla warfare against the British colonial regime in Kerala. The tomb in Manandhavady was established in 1805, after Pazhassi Raja was killed in a battle against the British East India Company.
Near this tomb, there is a park developed in the memory of Pazhassi Raja and the Pulpally Cave.
