We were a group of about 20 people came here for an overnight picnic.
The owner Mr. Irani is a great host, he ensured we all had a great stay at the resort.

The rooms are good, clean and spacious. The pool is well maintained. The property is huge and lush with a big gardens. Ample parking also available.

The restaurant serves good food. The staff is helpful and service is ok.
The options are good, it will help if you tell them in advance if you prefer spicy or medium spicy food. They ensure its made as per your taste buds.

They helped us assemble chairs, set up a music system right outside our rooms (cottages) for a late night party at no extra cost.

The beach is just across the road.

I stayed there with a 22-month-old kid. She enjoyed the play area & kids play area. The beach is also very close by, so it is convenient to go there with kids. The hotel also has a swimming pool & it is a place where the whole family can enjoy. The rates were reasonable. It was peak time & the food service was little slow. Minimum 15 minutes waiting time for an order but room service is a little fast with 15% extra charges. Overall, the resort is very good.

We wish to have a rest after hectic week.
This is the perfect destination to have a weekend as you wish. If you need rest, yes it is peaceful place with excellent accommodation, good food and a nice support from staff. The beach is just a step ahead from hotel to have a morning walk or enjoy a sunset.
I wish to visit same place whenever I need to enjoy a weekend and will suggest to my Friends.

Hotel staff are co-operative, also owner takes personal attention.
Really enjoyed staying in Pearline.

If you are going to Dahanu then this is a really very good hotel to stay, very very neat and clean appearance and the rooms.

Children will have fun in the garden. Only thing is some of the rides are not in condition but that can be negligible.

Beach is exactly in front of hotel so you can have fun there also.

I visited this place over a weekend a couple of weeks ago. We were a group of five adults and three kids. Let me state straightaway what I liked and what they lacked.
Amenities:
1. Swimming Pool for adults and bigger kids (5+).
2. Restaurant
3. AC (as per room)
4. Room Service
5. Parking
6. No Wifi
7. Kids Play Area

Liked:
1. Pool - very clean and big.
2. Restaurant - food here is awesome, but so is in other places we tried in Dahanu.
3. Rooms - Clean for most part but some of the AC rooms lacked proper cooling.

Lacked:
1. Common courtesy in dealing with guests.
2. Anticipation of guest needs - if you ask for a glass of milk for the kids you have to separately ask for sugar or you wouldn't get it. You even had to ask for basic things like tissue papers, water, etc in the restaurant several times before finally getting it.
3. Slow service - although the food was great in the restaurant, the service was extremely slow. We had to wait forever to get our orders.
4. Cleanliness - The restaurant was lacking general cleanliness and repeated requests had to be made to have the table cleaned up.
5. Check-in - We had to wait 25 min to complete the check-in process and get to see the rooms. The rooms were not shown till we made the payment. We had booked two rooms on the phone through advance payment. The rooms we were provided were not the ones we were promised although we had to pay the same charges as we were booked. Eventually they did change one of the rooms only.
5. Very fixated with time - A resort is expected to go the extra length to make the guests feel at home. This very thing is lacking at this place. We were not served tea (at 7pm) as it was too late for tea time. AC / Water / Lights / TV was switched off promptly at checkout time with constant reminders from the front desk about checking out even though the rooms were not booked for the next day and no guests were waiting. Some minor stretching from the staff / owners would go a long way in satisfying the guests.

Overall:
If you work in the army or are very fixated with rules and discipline this is the place to be in.
However, if you want to relax on your vacation and have a good and leisurely time, find another suitable hotel / resort.

If you do choose to stay here, keep expectations low from service point of view. Rooms facing the swimming pool seem to be better than those on the opposite side of it. However, they come at a premium price. Avoid the room facing the sea as they are at a premium price but not really good as the view to the sea is for most part blocked.

Overall it is a good spot for a get-away with the family. Evenings are beautiful by the beach. We were not too happy with the Room Service. The restaurant is over crowded and at times we had to wait for long to be served our food. Preference for serving lunch/breakfast/dinner and Table allotment should be given to those who have made bookings at the Resort.

Best Experience: The Resort is located right at the Beach which makes the place beautiful. By evening the place is lit up and looks nice.

Worst Experience: Sometimes we have to wait for a long time to be served our meals. The Restaurant is over crowded which makes the service slow.
