It is a good destination. Resort maintenance is OK. Food and beverage is good. Indoor games are OK but can be improved upon. Food and beverage is really nice. Overall hospitality is enjoyable. Ideal for family vacation. It is near to the dam and have a wonderful view. Moonlit night it is a perfect destination to chill.

The place is very beautiful and relaxing. Service, food, ambiance and cleanliness is also good. A suggestion - make some more arrangements for indoor games and outdoor games. If possible make some arrangements for boating, subject to approval of concerned authorities. Rest ok.

The service and food is good. Ambience is also good. The rooms could have been a bit better like of the peerless standards. The location of the hotel is a bit odd could have been more nearer. Recreation, guys just take ur own ping-pong balls. Good place to relax.

I went there for a weekend stay after a busy work week. The artistic elements of the hotel were really good, the decor blended in with the scenic setting. The terracotta design, Bankura horses and the outdoor chess board were symbolic and aesthetic reminders of Bankura.

The services were prompt and good. Good range of food though beverages is slightly constrained. Overall a great place to spend a lazy weekend. Completely relaxing and rejuvenating at the lap of nature.

The Peerless resort, Mukutmanipur, needs maintenance. The recreation centre is badly maintained, the badminton set has no shuttles to play with and there are no books in the book shelf. There were no parting gifts. We had to drive up to Katra to get milk, as only powder milk was available.

Highly priced for a very average facility with lots of taxes. No internet facilities and poor mobile network. No ATM's nearby. Restaurant has very limited menu, with above average pricing. Food is average. Breakfast is complimentary with average menu. TV sets are old CRT ones with poor reception local cable TV. Rooms are neat though old construction and also have been maintained well. No swimming pool, or any other different facility. Must carry your own soap and shampoos. No nearby restaurants.

Road trip for a weekend in nearby place, journey was good. Pricing of the resort was above average rates in market. The facilities not at par with the kind of pricing being charged. No internet facilities, TV sets are very old CRT ones with regional cable TV with poor reception. Restaurant menu is very restricted with high pricing. Rooms are average, clean and well-maintained though. Overall an average place for outing with expensive facilities. No swimming pool, games available are table tennis and carrom.

Great location, good service. Place is situated in a natural surrounding, surrounded by hills. 30 kms from the resort there is a nice forest which is an elephant corridor. Rooms are clean. Food is just ok for vegetarians. There is a nice garden in the middle of the property. At the back there is a river where one can enjoy morning walks, etc.

The hotel is completely picturesque with ample car parking facility. The manager Mr. Pallab Sengupta is a very well-behaved person. The room service persons are also very much cooperative and they really know time management. Everything was served before time. The food specially the Mutton Thali was awesome, I would request the hotel management to maintain such food quality for as long as possible. The dining space was also very well-equipped. Frankly we were very pleased with the overall hotel fooding and lodging. I will surely refer anyone of my family members or friends who is intending to visit Mukutmanipur, to stay only and only at Peerless and no where else. I would certainly visit there another time. Thanks for such A1 service. THE MONEY WE SPENT WAS WORTH IT.
