The location was average. The location was not easy to reach. The transport the market was far away from the hotel. The appearance was very good. The exterior and interior were attractive. The reception was very good. The reception staff was supportive and polite. We had not faced any problem at the time of check-in and check-out. The reception area was clean with good sitting arrangements. The service was average. The service staff was cooperative and helpful. They were provided orders in time to us. The room was average. The room was clean neat and comfortable. There was nothing special in the room. The food was average. The food was not that much tasty. The food was hygienic. There was a well maintained swimming pool. We went by our own car. There was a parking in the hotel.
I booked this hotel online through make my trip. It was a family trip in the month of may 2017. the hotel location was excellent as it was in center of forest. It is a wildlife sanctuary. It had swimming pool and spa facility which was impressive. It was a tent room as a cottage. The stay was good.
It was a casual vacation to this resort its a very nice place. The location of the hotel was excellent it was near to the jungle safari and near to Taj hotel. Its very much located inside the jungle with its own safari overall its very good. The overall appearance of the hotel was very nice. I booked a tent to stay over its very clean and hygienic its fully covered so there were no concerns in terms of animals we were safe inside. Its very much under surveillance the entire resort. The food at the hotel was delicious the complimentary meal was great they have proper continental and India dishes. The food is tasty and hygienic. The front office staff were very hospitable polite and helpful the way they handle the guests was exceptional. They have camp fire arranged there is a swimming pool they take care of all the other booking you don't have to book any other activities separately. The service is outstanding at the hotel. They will take care of your whole stay and plan everything for you if youre an outsider they will arrange a cab service for you and its free. They are very service oriented and not looking forward to any tip. I booked the hotel through a travel agent. This is a most affordable place and the best place and this place needs to be booked in advance. Its always advisable to take morning and evening safari they will make it memorable. The surrounding area is too good.
The destination of the hotel was excellent. The hotel location was awesome. The appearance was wonderful. I had booked the room on the spot. I didn’t face any problem in check-in and check-out. The overall service was excellent. The room was awesome. All amenities were provided in working condition but accept TV was not available in the room. Wi-Fi connection was not provided in the room. The room was spacious and clean. The food quality was good. The less variety food was provided in the room. The breakfast was included in the package. There were no too many activities in this hotel. I would suggest this hotel to provide more activity. The hotel staff were very good.
This is a very good resort for a jungle experience. The property is quite large. The cottage we stayed in, was large & clean. There is no TV in the rooms, which is great for a peaceful holiday. Jungle safaris have to be booked well in advance, they are not available at the last minute. For the kids, the resort has horses & cycles for riding, a mini theatre for jungle documentaries, library, board games & a TV in the common hall, swimming pool. The food, though good, is a little bland, probably to suit the taste of the Westerners who visit here.
We booked our trip at the last minute, less than 1 month before we arrived, and were delighted by the service we received by Abhishek and the team. They managed to fit us in and organise all the safaris we requested. They also organised our transfers from the airport and then on to Tadoba, both of which went very smoothly, including an email before we arrived of the taxi registration number and name of the driver who would be meeting us. Throughout our 3 night stay we found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The Indian buffet meals were superb, the tea on the lawn on arrival back from your afternoon safari a nice touch. The tented accommodation was excellent, spacious and with very efficient a/c, needed in the 45 degree temperatures. Pench itself was a lovely park, great tiger viewings as well as lots of other wildlife. Agam was a great naturalist guide, and excellent at getting us to the best positions for photos. All in all would highly recommend Pench Jungle Camp, and we will hopefully be back sometime in the near future.

This is a great hotel with great staff and service. Location is good for a visit to Pench National Park. The accommodation is excellent considering that it is not a major city and the food, though sometimes limited for it is a buffet, has always been well cooked. The grounds are very nice for a leisure walk around or even to just relax by the poolside. Also if you make a suggestion to the GM, who incidentally is quite prepared to sit down and discuss your ideas, they are frequently acted upon. Tiger sightings are luck of the draw but we have been blessed with many excellent close encounters, sometimes a little too close, like 2 meters but you don't bother them and they leave you alone. After all, you are the visitor. So much depends on the guide and driver and this is where you need to be careful. We can certainly recommend Pench Jungle Camp and we will be returning in November for Diwali and a special personal occasion.
