Overall this resort is very good for 1/2/3 day picnic.
Good Surrounding and Atmosphere.
Not so near not so far, good resort is all i can say yaar :-)

Best Experience: Our group had a very nice time in pool, as the water was very very clean.
Pool included Rain dance and DJ to rock the environment . (suggestion: can include one small slide in pool for kids)
Good ground for playing - Cricket/Badminton/Volleyball.
Carrom was also there for indoor time pass.
Big rooms to accomdate a large group.

Worst Experience: Worst experience will be only one or two.
1) Non availability attached WC for big rooms
2) Person (Mr. Nawane) from there corporate office was very mean and irritating. (cannot write everything he said as it was very veryyyyyy longggg) :-)

over all experience is nice for a group picnic ... Rooms are clean & nice ambience ..

Best Experience: lot of open space to loiter around ...Kids had lot of fun as the play area is well maintained ...

Worst Experience: Hotel manager does not take a call on tinest of things .... he has to co-ordinate with the owner for everything .... he was irritated when we mentioned that one of the member didnt come from a group of 25 people as committed & settled the bill ,after some persual.
also the morning breakfast could be better ..

The overall experience was above average for a 1 day stay. Rates are cheap and place is good

Best Experience: i got booking at 12 in the night, which was excellent service.

Worst Experience: The resto shuts down by 11.30 PM and we were left with no food.. as the place is little haunted and you wont move alone outside.

Location: This resort is tucked away at some 7 kms from the Neral station. If you are coming by your own vehicle, please make sure you get the directions right. This resort is connected by a very poor road and chances are that you will have hard time finding the resort. Get the direction properly. If coming by train, get down at Neral Station and catch a Taxi/Auto Rickshaw. Charges would be a good Rs 250-300 and would take some 30 mins. Though the resort can arrange to drop you back to the Nearl station, it’s better to take down the contact no of the driver who dropped you so that he can pick you up once you decide to go back. Resort: The resort is well maintained and has several cottages and tents. Though tents are temporarily closed due to rains, cottages are well maintained with basic facilities like AC, Clean bed and clean linen, TV with Dish TV connection, clean toilets and individual sit out areas. If you are in a big group, ask for interconnected rooms. Activities: We went for the sheer purpose to relax and were not disappointed. You can indulge for hours in the swimming pool. They also have play are for kids. DJ was also playing when I arrived. Though I did not went for it, Music was quite OK. There are indoor games available like Table Tennis, Snooker, Badminton, Cricket etc. You can also walk to the river which is just behind the resort however due to monsoon, it’s advisable to avoid this as river depth could be very unpredictable. Apart from all this, they have a sizable garden and open space for quite time. Food: Food was good. Not too oily

Best Experience: 1. Away from the city it can be called a good weekend resort in the monsoons.

Worst Experience: Frankly none, still let me highlight few points of concern: 1. This resort is in middle of no were and approach road of last 1km is extremely poor and will worsen even further in rains. You will have hard time locating the resort even at day time. Ask for directions towards Mircholi Village then follow the sign boards. 2. The rooms allotted to us was stinking initially however these guys were quick enough to arrange for room fresheners. We were told that the resort has just reopened and thus I trust this issue should not be there anymore. 3. Pool though fairly good in size, it might get crowded during weekends plus it was not properly cleaned. Again I was told that the pool was closed for some time

grt for visit with friends with family not too good because its very difficult to reach in night no sign boards no route maps roads very bad roads no street lights needs to improve in the above things otherwise overall for a couple day stay very good natural destination away frm city crowd must visit .

Best Experience: walk in the morning mist & of course the pool with dj surround and the cricket match in play area was the best

Worst Experience: reaching the destination by road in the night and no major choice for your favorite foods ..

The location of the hotel is just ten and fifteen minutes away from the railway station. No sightseeing or cab facility was arranged. The staffs were professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and well maintained with all the appliances in good conditions. The food was charming with both veg and non-veg serving dishes in the hotel restaurant. Inspiring games was arranged and also a mountain view was grasped from the room. The appearance was good however the hotel was absolutely worth and the stay was very enjoyable. I am from Mumbai and this was a relaxation trip went along with my friends.

SABENA was Belgian airline, long form of which was humorously - Such A Bloody Experience Never Again. Same applies to this resort. Approach road pathetic. Property not well maintained. Water park small, only two rides, Crowded. Rooms location is good, clean, no TV, no Fridge. Instead they provide icebox & charge Rs. 200 for it. Bed with bad mattresses. Sleep value 2 out of 5. Logic of having no TV is enjoy the nature. There is nothing you can do after 2PM when the water park closes & you come out to enjoy the nature, there is sewage stink, specially in room. No. 206. Garden not maintained, No restaurant. Only room where they serve Buffet. Food is good but limited variety.
