Went there with my wife, on a trip to Amritsar, last year. Hotel was hard to find in the city, as it is kept as best secret address. You will not find a huge advertising board for that property, however it is like a Colonial Cottage House with a fantastic Spa and staffs are really flexible. |

Amritsar Tourism
I intend to go to Amritsar as a holiday trip for 2-3 days during middle of December 2008. Kindly inform the contact address and telephone number of tourism office in Delhi to get tour package for Amritsar. The Tourist office number listed on internet is not available. I presume that like other States tour package there may be tour package for amritsar also which include transportation from Delhi, hotel stay and sight-seeing etc. The tour may include train journey, if permissible from Delhi to Amritsar by Shatabdi train or AC Chair car in any other train. Kindly confirm so that I can make my plan shortly.
It is also requested to send literature of sightseeing places in Amritsar by post.
