The staff at Shivsagar palace is very adjusting and welcoming. The rooms are clean. There are few food dishes but made very nicely. Sea facing view is everywhere. I would suggest the same hotel to all others. It is not very costly hotel. It is 5 mins drive from Ganapatipule beach and temple. |

our trip to ganpatipule was one of the most memorable holiday experiences of all time. the drive from mumbai to ganpatipule (about 370 KM) was awesome, given a great combo of ghats and open roads. Road quality was amazing and in some places, I felt I could almost smell the freshly laid tar on the road.

Road to ganpatipule
Hi Everyone.
We are a grpoup of 6 people and are planning to visit Ganapatipule. We will start from Pune on saturday and go to mahableshwar. Roam there for about 4-5 hrs and then leave for ganapatipule. We will stay in Ganpatipule on saturday night and then on sunday night we need to reach pune by 11.00pm. what is the best route possible while going to ganapatipule and coming back also?
What all places can be best covered in this short tour as we are short of time?

we are planning to go from Mumbai to ganpatiphule and then to harihareshwar and back by road.Since this is the first time can u guide us thru the best route to take and places that we must see...
also we have been told that Kelshi Jetty service is available to & from Harihareshwar which can be used for transfer from Kelshi till Harihareshwar ..if u have any idea about that.....
