We had a very relaxing time. The resort covers a lot of space and is very well maintained. However, the service can be improved. Room service is not available and one has to travel to the common dining room for any meal which maybe cumbersome for elderly people. The trips to adjoining tourist spots should also be better organised. |

We were a 8 member group which departed Kolkata by the Darjeeling Mail on August 12, 2005 and reached Chalsa on August 13, 2005. We departed from the environs of Chalsa on August 15, 2005. The drive to Chalsa is particularly scenic but the heat was particularly oppressive.
