Majorda is surely a overated 5* resort. Most of the building is in urgent need of rennovation. It is not well maintained in the rains and there are clear indications of moss all over the building. Certainly not as premium as it is made out to be - the more branded hotels would probably be better. Has in all probability lost its sheen and not much motivation to recapture it since it is a seller\'s market and the maximum thrust seems to be on attracting overseas tourists. |

Good Resorts to stay in GOA
Friends,
We are planning to travel to Goa in the 2nd week of April. We would like to know good resorts to stay in Goa?
Travelling with a 6 year old kid, we would like the resort to be
* self-sufficient
* well connected to all places of interest
* access to beach
* Good food
We did look at the reviews for properties like Taj Holiday village, Ramada, Majorda, CasadedeGoa etc.
Some of the reviews on the resorts are pretty old in holiday iq. Request any of the recent travellers to give us your views.
