Good hotel, very comfortable stay and nice room. Well-ventilated rooms. Food was not very good but satisfactory. Can be visited once. Staff are well-managed and very hospitable. Once again a nice place to stay and it is on the main Mall Road hence every thing is quite near.
I visited to the hotel in the month of May and it was a holiday trip with friends. The destination of the hotel was good especially the suicide point, love point etc. The hotel was located in centre of the city and appearance of the hotel was fine. Front office staff's members were friendly and I had done booking directly. Rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. Services were provided on time. I had didn't taste food from the hotel. Other activities like gym, was available in the hotel. Wi- Fi facility was provided by the hotel and was free of cost. I would like to suggest the hotel management to provide basic toiletries in the rooms. The overall experience in the hotel stay was very good.
Awesome place and awesome hotel. Rooms were fresh. Ambiance was awesome. Great experience, must visit once. Rooms were perfect with great atmosphere and clean surroundings. You will never get bored in this place. Rooms were well-maintained. Service provided were great and better. Very supportive staff.
I had visited this hotel for family trip. The food quality was nice. The activity was arranged at the hotel. The room given to me was neat and clean. All the facility was in working condition. The behaviour of the staff’s was OK. The check in and checkout was done on time. The hotel was located nearby the city. I don't have any suggestion for this hotel.
I traveled here with my family in the month of May 2013. It was an adventurous holiday and I booked my room directly. Booking and front office was very nice, staff behavior was friendly. Services were fully satisfactory and food was superb. Veg and non Veg both varieties were available, rooms were neat and clean and spacious. TV, geyser and other basic amenities were available in the room. Nainital place was good for travel. Location was fantastic and looks wise the hotel was fabulous. Nothing was available in activities; it was a recommendable hotel for travelers.
