Nice way to experience Kerala culture!

Very good place to experience the traditional culture of Kerala. There is one show for each Kathakali (5pm) and Kalaripayattu (6pm) daily in the centre. The tickets range from INR 200 - 300 for the shows. The shows are great and spectacular. Though the seating arrangements can be made better. After the show ends, we can take pictures with the artists. Do visit this place.

Relaxation at its best

During our trip to Munnar, we wanted to experience the rich & assorted traditions of Kerala and luckily we found Punarjani Village.Firstly, we had massage named "Sirodhara" that is head & shoulder massage. We loved it. It removed all our tiredness we gained during our trip. You can opt some other types of massage also like Kalari, Nasyam and steam bath. Punarjani also offered us the traditional classical "Kathkali" dance and invigorating show of traditional martial art named "Kalarippayattu". It was a breathtaking show of courageous fight and mesmerizing body fitness & control. In all, Punarjani Traditional Village is a must visit place if you are in Munnar.

Awesome performance however infrastructure requires improvement

At Punarjani Munnar (pallivasal) one can enjoy both Kathakally (At 5 PM Daily) and Kalari ( Martial Art by professionals at 6 PM Daily).Kathakally starts with Showing Human Emotions which is the best part of this Show. Though they don't have very good sound system so you can really understand what Emcee is saying but still performers do they job very diligently.Kalari (Martial arts) is another show at Punarjani, that is also very good and shows sheer practice of performers.Cons: seating is not up to mark however once performance start it'll bind you till end.Overall a must to go N enjoy thing.

The show here is very good

We watched the shows twice in 2013 and again in 2015. This is very good show. Should watch it with your family. At a walkable distance from Misty Mountain Resort, where we stayed.
