Hotel Review of Sonali Hotel
Comments: Bad. That's all i can say.
Best Experience: No hot water. Food is pathetic. View from the room was poor quality. The lesser said about the service aspect, the better it is!
Worst Experience: There are so many, it's difficult to state. I'll mention the least bad experience. It took them 1 hr and 20 minutes to get a cup of tea, after following up more than 30 times! A bucket of hot water was provided graciously by the staff after 1 day!!
