Qutub Residency Reviews
The worst hotel I have ever stayed. They fixed the bath tub with cardboard tape and paint. Paint coming out from walls. Room service is like I have ordered stuffed parathas and they served me tandoori nan without even pickle. I check in at 10 pm and checked out at 12:30 am because I didn't expect this.
I stayed for 3 days. Service was excellent. Staff were very courteous. Got delicious Jain food. Overall nice experience. Ambiance was very nice. If I will go again with family. Would love to stay again.
Location was too good. most of the places were near the stay which we wanted to visit. Easy to access. Comfortable room.Good experience & great locationComplimentary WiFi was given.Overall, would recommend for single business travellers.
The hotel is good in terms of value for money. I have only spend 1400 Rs/ day including breakfast and free WiFi. The overall experience was satisfactory. You can choose this hotel if you will get hotel rooms below 1500 INR. Enjoy!
Ok for a short work stay. Rooms are old, walls and bed head have puffed, need maintenance. AC controls do not work properly, no fan. Staff was courteous. Billing desk can be more professional in giving bill for the stay and food. I was given a lot for the room service and didn't get a bill.
The rooms were not at all spacious though the staff made up for the lack of space by their services and good food (finger licking good). I ended up enjoying your stay. The facilities were upto the mark and its proximity to the metro station and malls made it easy to commute even at odd hours. Good stay can be recommended to friends and family.
Easy to access. Comfortable room. Food was okay. Room was clean. Beddings were neat. Room service was satisfactory. Food was okay. Not many varieties but was good. Ambience could have been better. Complimentary Wi-Fi was given. Overall, would recommend for single business travellers.
The location and room was great. I have chosen this as I have stayed there earlier also and liked it. The room size is very good. My son liked it and breakfast was good and even diner was value for money. Only concern was that we could not use bathtub as there was no plug for holding water.
The time you enter the hotel you will realize its a mistake you have done. Bad smell in gallery and pathetic reception but with supporting staff. Rooms are extra shabby. Low and poor lighting arrangement, wall paper in room is not at all good, paint coming out. Its to dark and untidy.
Hotel rooms are very congested. They don't change bed linen and pillow covers of the previous nights. We asked to change, they did not listen and shifted us to another room which also had dirty linens, foul smelling, terrible attitude of these people, tht too in Delhi. Towels are also very dirty. I am sure they don't wash them properly. Breakfast i....Read More
