good hotel , for comparision to others ,since its a very small town luxury wasnt expected,rates r a bit high but a govt. run hotel so its fine atleast no possibilty of any kind of cheating

Good & relaxing in this quiet hotel ,far from the madding crowd ! Also this hotel is very conveniently located close to the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary . Rickshaws plying to & from the Bird Sanctuary wait at the gate itself. They charge by the hour.... More

"Service can improve"

I have no good opinion about the hotel as there were no good service and the room were not that clean, we weren\'t comfortable staying at this hotel. They have to improve on the maintenance part of the hotel. More

It is like a home-run hotel. There is no professionalism in the work and attitude of the staff or management. Typical 'sarkari' hotel. Rooms are decent, and housekeeping is pretty efficient but kitchen staff and front office is very laid back.... More

it was very bad experience stayed here for 3 days food was not good rooms was not clean bed bugs it was a very worst experience.

The stay was comfortable and more or less, fine. we did not really have any trouble at the hotel and infact, the staff was really helpful when it came to serving our requests
