Booked this hotel online and never expected that I will be ever staying at radisson blu hotels at such reasonable prices. Nice location and awesome ambience. Hotel and its room are clean, spacious and well maintained. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Stayed in Radisson Blu Hotel Jaipur Airport on 28th may 2015, I am regular visitor of different hotel in Jaipur, this time I went for the Radisson Blu the carlson property. The hotel is located in the heart of the city Tonk ROAD near about airport area. I would say if someone is arriving Jaipur from airlines this is the best property to stay nearby area to airport. Prices are quite competitive in luxury hotel chains. You can go for a 5 star brand in good prices. I was with 4 of my other friends. It was just casual trip When we entered in the hotel we don't think that it is a 5 star property as it was not so big property which requires in the norms of the star. Reception area was not so big. But after check-in we got the rooms that was the best feeling about the hotel. Room was big with superb interior. Everybody said just wow. Lighting was proper. And the view from the room was awesome Next day we had breakfast which was truly awesome with various options of veg and non veg Now 2 weak points to discuss are, first the pool timings I. E 7 am to 7 pm which is not suitable in summer time, and 2nd is security money at the time of check inn. We already paid the amount of booking via online bookings but in hotel they asked for Rs 1000 per room as a security deposit which sounds little cheap strategy. People staying in 5 star hotels and you asking them to deposit security money All and all it was a satisfied stay, would recommend for it.
A good hotel with decent ambience. It stands up to the reputation of its chain. I have been staying with hotel for more than one year and stayed for not less than six times in last year. The hotel is well known in the city and close to airport. The hotel is quite popular with guest coming from abroad. The room charges are also reasonable. The hotel provided free internet services which is quite good. Often hotel is hired for marriage functions. Food variety is quite good and served quite hygienically. Quality of breakfast served is quite tasty and sumptuous. However, I would like to have options of more fruits to choose from. The lay out of the restaurant is nice and the services provided are with smile and up to mark. The front desk is quite proactive and settlement is very prompt. I am quite impressed by the excellent the room service whenever requested for. The staff is smartly dressed and quite courteous to deal with. The rooms are equipped with all amenities and lay out of the room is attractive with god decor. The toiletry provided is not adequate and one has to ask for things which are provided by the hotel. The hotel has good rooms for conference, etc. The services of the spa is decent. The top floor has a pool and music hall. The loud music played in the night from the top floor often causes problems to the guests in the lower floors. Something needs t be done on this account.
It was a stay in the month of January 2017 for holiday and heritage trip with family. The destination Jaipur was excellent as the place was good too. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was pretty far from the main place. The appearance of the hotel was excellent as the interior and exterior was good. The booking and front office staff were excellent as they were very co-operative. Before I said them for three rooms after then I asked them for the one room hence they arranged one room. It was an online booking through hotel site. The services at this hotel were excellent and friendly. The room at this hotel was excellent, comforts, very clean with good facilities. The food at this hotel was good in taste and quality but the varieties are very less. They provided complimentary breakfast too. There was a WiFi but it was pretty weak. The overall activities were good. I suggest this hotel to other travellers. The overall experience was good.
