We had difficulty in finding the place and most surprising part was last 4 km drive. Neat and clean maintained cottages, good food and service, English speaking staff, really a value for money.

The resort rooms needs proper maintenance and housekeeping. The location of the resort is excellent. Too many cockroach in room. The room cleanliness can be improved. Nice location and can enjoy the weather.

This property is situated Little inside from the Kalpetta Main road(may be 2-3 Km). Trekking can start from here. Way toward property is little exciting(small narrow road)

We will feel that we are staying in a forest(but it's not a forest). If you are going to relax/meditate from your busy work, then this place is a Good option, a silent place. If you select a normal cottage, you get small water spring near to your room(water depends on season). The pleasant sound from there can rejuvenate your mind if you like silence. All the cottages are a kind of Traditional touch and you can enjoy your evening with a cup of Tea/Coffee in the cottage courtyard. You can do a small trekking inside to a higher place where you get a good sky/mountain view(Check with the staff). Sometime you may feel scary wind sound because lot of tree around the property. So you can enjoy the forest feeling and get a chance to pray also hehe. Its safe only (Positive)

If you come with family, you may feel little remote, But it's safe inside the resort

Advantage:

Silent/Pleasant environment with small forest atmosphere.
Good service.
Staff behavior was good and helpful. Even staff accompanied me for the small trekking(Depends on Busy time)
You can spend time by using the amenities

Disadvantage:

Property is little inside, so you may find difficulty to find if you go by car. No proper sign board(we should bear this if you need a good resort)
Road towards the property is not good completely. But I feel nothing can be done here because it's on gov't/forest dept road
If you arrange vehicle/Jeep from the resort, then I feel its little expensive. So make agreement before you arrange
Restaurant is average. They could have include more items. Its little expensive too

4 Km away from the National Highway, and its a off-road drive with thrill. Very decent hotel, dinner no option only with this restaurant but it's worth. Lots of indoor activities with small false, pond and play area. Ideal for family, good relaxation. Only problem leaches.

The property is located in a beautiful place. Awesome location. Staff were good. Service great. Natural pool and stream has to be mentioned specifically. Road to resort requires a SUV. Activities are not up to the mark. Restaurant serves only buffet.

The services were bad. The room cleaning and housekeeping services were very bad. All the amenities were provided. The room was very bad as there were leakage of water. The food was provided by the hotel. The food was very bad. There were no activities provided by the hotel. There was Wi-Fi facilities provided. The staffs were very good and were quick responding. I will never forget the stay in this resort. Wonderful location with no contact with modern life. Most wonderful ambience. Very good food, so kind hospitality. Rooms were neat and clean, very well furnished. Excellent part is approaching the resort with your spouse late night alone in car.

It is an excellent place to relax and calm yourself. The resort is closely related to nature. It is located in the middle of the forest. We had a really good fun time in the natural stream. We had an awesome day. The sound of nature filled the atmosphere of the resort. The only thing I was disappointed was the 3km road to the resort but at the same time it was adventurous too.

Good place to unwind. It is about 4 kms inside on the slopes with a harsh and slender daring street. When you achieve there, it's a remarkable spot. There is lake with numerous fishes and you can finish fish spa for nothing. Cabins/Rooms are truly isolated and each of the hovel gets enough privacy while you are very much associated, super integration by telephone. Television in all rooms with all stations, nourishment is sublime. Accommodation is choice, for three days I didn't wander out of the resort. Had long solid strolls in the mists which as often as possible dive here. Lazed around the lake. Encouraged the fishes and ducks.

Staff is obliging and exceptionally accommodating. Mr Vinod takes care of this resort and is agreeable and guides you in your trek. Sustenance is something that needs change through breakfast was great.
