The hotel was conveniently located. Staff behaviour was okay. The ambience of the hotel was good and clean. The room was spacious, neat, clean and well maintained. All the basic amenities were provided in the room, but AC was not working. There was nice view available from the room. The washroom and furniture were also neat and clean. They did not provide Non veg food. The food quality was very good and cost was also reasonable. Check in and check out process was done smoothly. Other activities like swimming pool, gym and games were not there. I didn? T ask for sightseeing trips. My suggestion is that parking space should be there in the compound. It was a relaxation trip with family.
The hotel is located in a convenient location and was easy to find the hotel, around 20 minutes from the bus stand. Overall experience in the hotel was good. I stayed in the hotel for 2 months on a business trip during the month of September 2014. Hospitality in the hotel was good. Staff service in the hotel was good, friendly, helpful and quick in service. There was no delay while check-in and check-out. I did not observe the activities in the hotel. The appearance of the hotel was good. I was happy with the room allotted. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, clean pillows, bedspreads, toiletries with amenities like AC, TV, fan and a geyser in working condition. The rooms were cleaned regularly with clean washrooms and 24 hrs hot and cold-water facilities. The rooms did not have a view. Taste of food was good with variety in the food menu; pricing of food was reasonable. Mysore as a travel destination is good. It is value for money paid and recommendable to other travellers. They should provide Bar and restaurant facility in the hotel.
The interior as well as the exterior appearance was nice. The location of the hotel was good and it was near to the transportation. It was a family trip. The staff were very co-operative, friendly and helpful. They were attending all requests on time. I face any issue during check-in and check-out. The surrounding was also very nice. The room given to me was very maintained. All basic amenities like TV, geyser, AC, etc. Were there in the room, but there was no cupboard. Pillows, bed sheet, blankets and washroom were neat and clean. I had a road view from my room. I liked the taste and variety of the food. The cost of the food was reasonable. 24 hours hot water and cold water were provided in my room. The housekeeping staff were very good and daily cleaned the room. The sightseeing trip was arranged by me. Other activities were not there in the hotel. It was a nice place to visit and I would definitely recommend this hotel to other tourist.
The location of Hotel Jamaal Inn is preferable for people having there own vehicle as it is located near the outer ring road through which one can easily travel out of the city with ease. The hotel has a big restaurant which serves delicious food from 7:00 am in the morning till 11:00 hours at night. Room service during day time is good but response is delayed after 20:00 hours. Room is nice and clean, staff is cordial and welcoming. Over all it is a nice hotel in price offered, definitely of Mysore Standard.
It was my official visit to the hotel. The overall experience staying in this hotel was good. The hotel was newly built and the room was also good. The room allocated to me was not having a cupboard, which I didn't like. All the things in the hotel were fine except the WiFi connectivity. The WiFi connection was very poor. The hotel was best suitable for an official tour. It was located at the industrial area and far from the city. The staff of the hotel were good. I faced no delay at check-in and check-out. They had provided a restaurant. But the only veg food was served there. The pricing of the food and the restaurant was also good. There were no activities in the hotel. I would suggest the hoteliers to provide a cupboard in each and every room.
