We had to book Raj Residency at the last minute as our previous booking at Devaki Elite was cancelled by the hotel due to renovation work, but it was a blessing in disguise as the service apartment at the Raj residency was the right choice for us as we were a joint family of 5 adults and a child.
It was a two day fun trip with my friend. I had pre-booked Raj residency via phone. After reaching Pondy, the nicely guided me to their location. It is very close to Pondy bus station. About the Residency, it is well-located, very nicely maintained, good services and the most important thing, it is cheap. Clean room & wash-room. They a mini fridge also, that was great. I fully enjoyed my stay and ya they also provide a hi-speed Wi-Fi network for their customers. As it is a residency, it is obvious they dont have restaurant but they will get you food also from outside as requested. I highly recommend this residency. Enjoy your trip.
My stay was in Raj Residency. The location of the hotel was very good. The internal and external appearance of the hotel was very good. The check-in and check-out was done on time. The service of the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room allotted to me was very neat with all required amenities in working condition. The food provided in the hotel was very good in quality and taste. There were no activities in the hotel.
Wonderful guest house! Comfortable, clean, good location for reasonable price. Front office & house keeping guys was extremely helpful. It was the best place to stay in whole 2 weeks holidays in Pondicherry Raj Residency. Highly recommended!
Good stay. Opposite bus stand. Parking can at times be a problem. Very commercial and professional in it approach. Provided most things we needed. Except the food - we found it difficult for most persons coming from the north India. The receptions can be designed better. Needed to remind twice before the towels were sent.
