Everything was very good in the hotel. I had visited this hotel with my colleagues for official tour. The food and drinks were not available in various varieties in the hotel. The behaviour of the staff's was very nice in the hotel. There was no delay in check in and checkout at the booking office of the hotel. The activities were available in the....Read More
There was all the facility provided in the room in working condition. The complimentary food was provided by the hotel. The sightseeing was not available at the hotel. I would like to recommend this hotel to upcoming travellers.
Beautiful property for an amazing experience. Located near to railway station. Pool area and garden add values to it. Breakfast was good. Staff was very coperative. Rooms were big and clean. Perfect hotel to stay in Jaipur.
My overall experience was really awesome. Staff are well behaved and very helpful. Hotel itself gives a royal touch to your Jaipur visit. I would surely recommend this hotel if you are searching for a quality hotel here.
The hospitality, room and service is excellent. The up gradation and complimentary evening drinks hours are value for money. Relax in pool and have sauna and steam. Rajasthani folk dance is added attraction to foreigners. The fruit platter and complimentary bed time hot milk/drink is a wonderful idea.
The hotel is located very close to the railway station. The hotel staff embodies many aspects of Rajasthan culture esp attention to guests' requirements and courteous service. My room was upgraded by the front desk staff. Despite the hotel being located very close to busy roads, no noise reaches the rooms, resulting in a calm and peaceful stay. Whi....Read More
I had stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel from 26TH-29th June. It is very conveniently located in the heart of city and next to the Railway Station. Availability of Radio Cabs is extremely easy. The property is quite well done with good amenities. I was easily upgraded to the Suite on presentation of the Voucher The best part of the stay was the Di....Read More
ITC Rajputana is a very nice and clean property with good options for the variety of food offered. Very courteous and helpful staff who will always be ready to help and take regular feedback for the services. They have a very nice and large pool to chill out and relax.
The caring staff and their hospitality made the stay extremely memorable. In spite of it being a very short trip it will stay a long time in our memory. The food at Peshawari was excellent as usual. Would like to stay again as and when the occasion arises.
A very good hotel with nice location. Staff is very good. Rooms are excellent. Many dining options. Breakfast buffet offers many choices. Overall very good. Nearby many good restaurants and Tours and travels. Travel desk not as expected. Given late checkout option.

We visited Jaipur over the Independence Day long weekend and shortlisted the ITC Rajputana for two reasons - I'm a huge fan of ITC restaurants and hotel service (having previously stayed at ITC Sonar Bangla and visited ITC Maurya in Delhi) and secondly they were offering a fantastic package deal :-) The property is located in the heart of Jaipur, just a kilometer away from the railway station. The location can turn into a disadvantage though if you are travelling to Jaipur by car - the metro work taking place around the hotel's vicinity means huge traffic snarls and it can easily take an hour to reach the hotel from the city outskirts. The property itself is very beautiful and well maintained - the red brick exteriors, latticed "jaali' windows and luxurious marble blends in really well with the surrounding city architecture. I loved the numerous sit out areas strewn all over the property - especially the little bay windows all along the corridors. There is a small swimming pool, and a semi open bar next to it. My only surprise was the absence of grounds in the property - the only open common area is the pool area, and there are no gardens at all. Maybe I was comparing it with the luxurious grounds of the Sonar Bangla in Calcutta, but I was disappointed. The buffet breakfast had a tremendous amount of variety and was superb. Despite the hotel being packed to the gills, the hotel did not scrimp on the breakfast items and the staff was consistently polite. The hotel has the famous Peshawri restaurant - we didn't get a chance to try it ourselves but it seemed to attract a huge crowd. There are a couple of other restaurants and lounges and two bars - one by the poolside and the other in the hotel lobby. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but not very large or lavish, and housekeeping was impeccable. Our room faced the pool and since we were on a lower floor we had to keep our curtains drawn during the day - but it wasn't much of a problem since we were away during the day. Keep this in mind however if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room. The front office was also fantastic in patiently sharing helpful tips and printouts for site seeing, shopping and eating out. I especially liked the fact that the staff shared honest recommendations on restaurants close to the hotel (instead of pushing us to try their restaurants) and even helped with reservations! The hotel also has a small bookshop cum souvenir shop. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at The Rajputana and would love to stay there again.
I had stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel from 26TH-29th June. It is very conveniently located in the heart of city and next to the Railway Station. Availability of Radio Cabs is extremely easy. The property is quite well done with good amenities. I was easily upgraded to the Suite on presentation of the Voucher The best part of the stay was the Dinner at Jail Mahala with Live song rendition. It was mind blowing. Haven't seen such a performance in a very long time. The food was good at the Pavilion Restaurant also. Overall the Hotel Staff & Services at both these places was par excellence. The only unsavory part was an incident related to my relative who had reached a day before and were charged extra for Early Check in as they reached at 11 am. In spite of multiple request later at the time of checkout the Lady Manager did not budge on reversal of charges and was quite adamant and showed some attitude. Suite room was not as big as compared to other properties. A large balcony is a wasted place there. Which the Living area could have well been extended. ITC should work on improving services to customers and a small gesture like a complimentary pickup from Station /Airport would be a plus. Overall nice experience.
The name itself describes the grandeur of this huge hotel which was once a castle for the rajputana kings. This hotel is worth visiting surely as the location, the service, specially the rooms are very romantic and you would surely fall in love. It offers amazing food which has the flavour of typical Rajasthani cuisine and what not. On the whole it was a brilliant hotel and I loved it very much.
During May I stayed for a week and really what a hotel, I mean one can't remain without appreciating it. Best thing about is the food that is being offered is par delicious, anyone would love it, whether you are hungry or not. The nearby location like- Raj Mandir cinema, Sindhi Camp station and one can easily get taxi or bus to anywhere quickly. Area where it is situated is also good. Rooms were quite comfortable and obviously things were quite the same as they were told before, I mean everything in working condition. Hotel staff were also supportive but sometimes they couldn't respond in time but that happens. But the the noise of vehicles is quite a issue little bit while sleeping if one is not used to it because vehicles run continuously out there. Distance from water source was also a issue little bit but instead of this everything was fine. It is quite reasonable to stay in this hotel again.
We were travelling to Jaipur with family. My brother was visiting us in Delhi from Canada, and wanted a short visit out of Delhi. We had visited Jaipur earlier and our stay at the ITC Rajputana had been great. And has improved every visit. This time it was of no expectation. We were given rooms facing the internal courtyard facing the pool. The rooms facing the pool are really pleasant and quite. The Hotel is right in the centre of the city but once inside it is amazingly quite. The pool is really amazing, you really have to keep yourself away from it and the Spa is even better. Coming back to the room, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was large with both a shower and a bathtub. The Road in the Peshawari are always perfect, the breakfast layout had every thing, we being vegetarian enjoyed every bit of it. The staff made sure we could not eat anything further. The staff was great as was the housekeeping, every thing was in place, we could not think of anything that was missing. I would certainly use the same hotel for my next visit to to Jaipur.
