What travellers are saying about this hotel
Value For Money:
This Ramada Khajuraho Review is based on my experiences from my sister's wedding. The review discusses the building, grounds, staff, food and hospitality. The Ramada Khajuraho is a very large building, huge lobby and there are very pretty and extensive gardens and lawns. It is comfortable and friendly. The exterior is currently painted white and as you walk into the foyer the hotel feels light airy and modern. The gardens look beautiful when lit up in the evening. There are some very pretty areas for wedding including the newly built banquet hall. The swimming pool is nice and clean. Also there is a spa located next to the swimming pool. The staff at the Ramada Khajuraho was well dressed, very courteous and polite. They were happy to help, well presented and speedy. The F&B manager, Mr. Niraj was particularly efficient and professional in the performance of his duties. He has a great sense of humor, very co-operative and excellent person, vital if you are to survive in life, let alone the hotel business. The food served during breakfast, lunch and dinner (Wedding functions) was served swiftly and professionally along with being scrumptious. Ramada Khajuraho serves very acceptable oriental, continental, Indian food, well cooked and pleasantly presented. All our guests were very appreciative about the food, Thanks to Master Chef and his team. The best and world class hospitality that I have ever come across. Each and every staff of the hotel was outstandingly and exceedingly doing their job. Sometimes even going out the way, just to make our guests happy and making their stay as comfortable as possible. I have never come across this kind of hospitality ever in any other hotels across the world. Personally I would like to thank everyone, especially General manager- Mr. Samantha Maity, F&B manager- Mr. Niraj and the master chef for making this event a great success. Without their high co-operation and hospitality it have been possible. All our guests were very happy and appreciative about the hotel food, hospitality, rooms, etc. Every penny spend here is worth it. If you're looking for a contemporary, flexible and stylish wedding venue or a short or long stay at world heritage site (Khajuraho) at a great price, I would definitely recommend visiting the Ramada Khajuraho. Highly recommended as a holiday destination too.
The hotel is quite nice and situated very near to the airport. It took hardly 10 minutes to reach the hotel. There is a vast green spec available and one can take a nice walk in the hotel. The hotel, however, is not quite near to the Western group of temples. The ambiance is quite good and the staff is quite helpful.
Enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The staff were very courteous and the housekeeping and room service was very fast. The temperature was maintained comfortable throughout the hotel.
We got a deal for our two days stay at Ramada Hotel. The hotel is rated as a five star property, which it does not deserve. It was a good stay at the price which was paid by us I. E. Rs. 4300. 00 for a two night stay, but not worth more There are no activities worth mentioning. The food was okay. The ambience in the reception was excellent. The welcome pack and drink was a very hurried affair. It seemed that the persons serving were eager to finish off their duty without trying to care for the guest expectation and response.
The behaviour of the staff was good. The destination of the hotel was very nice. The transport facility was not provided in the hotel. There were no activities arranged by this hotel. The room was excellent and clean. All amenities were provided in the room. The food was very nice with quality and quantity. The complimentary breakfast was provided with variety of food. The best part of the hotel service and room. I don't have any suggestion for this hotel.
