It was great.we were completely mesmerized. so hospitable, so warm was their attitude and the location was just fantabulous. try promoting its to foreigners.---they will forget switzerland.

Wonderfully located and excellent, personalized service. Peaceful and right for those who do not want very typical "touristy" holidays but want something off the beaten track. Delicious food and an interesting experience on the whole. More

About The Ramgarh Bungalows

Located in the foothills of Himalayas, Ramgarh Bungalows comprise of two main buildings- the Old Bungalow and The Writers' Bungalow. Originally built in 1830 to house the British officials of the Raj era, Ramgarh Bungalows are surrounded by apple and apricot orchards. Visitors can opt for trekking and nature walks when in Mukuteshwar. You can also visit the Mukteshwar Temple known for its white marble lattice work. The town of Nainital is in close proximity to Mukuteshwar.

Rooms & Amenities

Accommodation facilities in Ramgarh Bungalows include 5 rooms with fireplace in the Old Bungalow, 2 suites with fireplace in the Writers� Bungalow, 3 rooms in the modern Vista Bungalow. The d�cor of Ramgarh Bunglows is reminiscent of the era it was built. Home made biscuits and tea are served in the hotel every evening by the fireplace. They also sell natural neemrana jams which are made without preservatives.
