It is the largest Film studio of the World spread in 2000 acres of land. Beautiful green gardens, amusement parks, shows are the major attractions here. Entry fees is 900 Rs per person. Opening time is 9 AM. When you go here you will definitely find actors and actresses suiting here. Best place to visit with your family.

"The World's largest film studio offering tours, live shows and adventure zone" new review

  • 7.0/7

I visited Ramoji Film City yesterday with my family. Winter carnival parade was wonderful. I enjoyed a lot at Ureka. Artificial North Indian city, foreign cities in the RFC are amazing. More number of theatres are there. I experienced a real-time situation of earthquake, it's more thrilling. Adventure club, Bird park, Railway station and Airport are awesome. No doubt, this is a must visit place for anyone who wants a glimpse of the magical, wonderful world of cinema. There are multiple movie shootings are underway. I had a lot of fun this Christmas season.

"The place that won't disappoint" new review

  • 6.0/7
  • Posted 3 weeks ago
When I first came to Hyderabad, I got to know that the biggest Film City of India was not in Mumbai but in Hyderabad. Being a fan of movies I thought of seeing a movie shooting but I found out it has much more to it. The place is huge and literally can't be covered in an entire day. There are shows after every half an hour and even if you try to see every show it is impossible to cover everything. The pricing to visit this place was 800 and I can say it is very cheap when you see what they offer. From kids to senior citizens everyone can enjoy this place. It has kids shows, nature parks, exotic pets from foreign countries and some good action packed shows like Wild Wild West. There are buses who show the basics of film sets and how airports and foreign location sets are shown. This place is a must visit if you are in Hyderabad and it will certainly take your complete day. Do come in Summer Carnival time and it will be one experience you won't forget.

"Must visit place in Hyderabad" new review

Its in the outskirts of Hyderabad so it takes time to reach there. Many Ramoji Buses are available at various junctions in Hyderabad. It's a full day site. You will have complete entertainment package there. But be ready to spend around 1k because the tickets itself is around 700 bucks but it's totally worth the money you pay for it.

"Largest film industry with beautiful scenery" new review

  • 6.5/7
  • Posted 1 month ago
Ramoji Film City is founded in 1996 and located in Hyderabad. It entered into Guinness World Record for the largest film industry about 2000 acres in the world. It is also a popular tourist place in the world. It is owned by India producer named Ramoji Rao.

I went to Ramoji Film City last year with my friends and had a great time there. Ramoji Film is large and 1 whole day also insufficient to watch such beautiful scenery. Usually many great films in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil etc, shootings are done.

The places in Ramoji Film City.
1) Railway station
2) Airport
3) Jail
4) Temples
5) Huge film sets
6) Filmy environment
7) Gardens etc...

You may wonder is it really all these places located in Ramoji Film City. Not actually but all these are temporary structures for directors easily shoot the scenes rather than in another place which may be huge crowded.

Timings : 9am to 5:30pm everyday.
Toll free no. For details 180042509999.

Price for entrance:-
1) Adult 1000rs/-.
2) Children 900Rs/- (3 to 12 years old).
3) Guided tour is also available.

There is a huge security, kid friendly, peaceful, good maintenance, evergreen environment at Ramoji Film City. Plan for whole day and have a fun.

We have been to Hyderabad to see the Ramoji Film City only, worth a trip. Awesome food, nicely maintained rides and mini train inside to have a tour. It may appear slightly overpriced but totally worth it. Recommended.

"Fantastic place but entry fare is expensive"

  • 6.0/7
  • Posted 1 month ago
Ramoji Film City is a fantastic place to spend your holiday. Though it is far away from the city, there are very good transportation facilities from all corners of the city. Entry fare into the Film City is very expensive. One day is not enough to explore the entire Film City.
