We plan to visit Kumbhalgarh during last week of October. We plan to travel by road from Udaipur to Kumbhalgarh. Pl. let me know how long it will take to travel by road from Udaipur to Kumbhalgarh and also about condition of road. I have heard many adverse comments about road condition,so I am particularly worried about it. I believe there is another road which goes from Abu Road- Shirohi to Kumbhalgarh. How is it? Is it better to take that road rather than one from Udaipur? Our orginating point is ahmedabad.

Planning for a trip to places aorund Udaipur & Mt. Abu. Whereas distance between Kumbhalgarh and Udaipur is available over net, I am intersted to know the distance of Kumbhalgarh by road from Ajmer and Mt. Abu. Also, the approximate journey time by car from these two places may be furnished, if available.
