Top Reviews of Ratnasagar Beach Resort
One of the most serene resorts right on the shores of Bhatye Beach 2 kms out of Ratnagiri city and about 15 kms off the Mumbai Goa highway. the belt generally known as the Konkan belt, this is also the city of Mangoes, with trees lined up accross the expanse of the area. The resort is located right on the beach and has beautiful wooden cottages(type Ratnasagar Beach Resort in google images for photos) among tall trees. While the beach itself is not very good for swimming, the place is a fantastic option for people who travel thru this part of Konkan. the resort offers very good cusine in a restaurant which has a absolute view of the sea alongside. You also have quad bikes and bicycles. The place offers a small swimming pool which again offers a view of the sea from within. The tariff is also cool. I often travel to this part as a part of my work and invariably stay here. Till now i must have stayed here for more than 10 times within the last one year and can vouch that the place is good
Ratnasagar Resort is very conveniently located. Hotel appearance was awesome both inside and outside. Hotel interior decoration was just stunning. The staff and their service were up to the mark and highly professional enough. Room was comfortable, luxurious, spacious, neat and clean with best equipped amenities at the place. Bathroom was very hygienic and clean. Food was delicious and tastier. Well parking area and good swimming pool was there. No delay during check-in and check-out. They stay and overall experience was great. It was one of the best hotel to consider for excellent stay.
This should be a great lesson to the hospitality Industry that building a good property on a great location itself will not guarantee success, Rude arrogant staff and management. Terrible food quality. And they cheat you with multiple rate cards printed on xerox paper. I had taken a foreign tour operator to scout malvan coastal resorts and lost over 15lacs in business as the staff were even rude to the foreigner guest. The chef in the restaurant does not the difference between chicken wings and chicken lollipops, food was so horrible that it can't be put in words The worst hotel experience in 15 years in the industry and travels over 68 countries. However the worst part of the experience is being greeted by vernacular boys who's mannerisms and language are close to local street side goons, They get aggressive and ridicule guests. The general manager endorses the behaviour to make matters worse.
We stayed there for 6 days. I felt very good there. Only swimming pool was there. Every variety of food was available in this hotel. Small freeze, LCD, and other amenities were provided in the room. Room, washroom, bed sheet, and all were neat and clean. Beach view was available from the room. Staff behaviour was very cooperative with us in this hotel and their services were also very good. Ratnagiri is a good place. Location wise, it was excellent. Appearance of the hotel was good. Booking and front office facility was excellent. Overall services were very good. Food and drink was excellent. Room was very good. Activities were good. It was a beach kind of holiday. I had gone there with my family. It is a recommendable hotel to others but it was costly.
The overall experience of the hotel was good. I had visited this hotel with my family. The hotel was located nearby the bus stand. The appearance of the hotel was good. The check-in and check-out was done on time at the hotel. The provided room was very good at the hotel. The overall service of the hotel was good. The sightseeing was not arranged by the hotel. The money spent at the hotel was worth. The food was very tasty in the hotel.
