Bad experience, the food was really pathetic. The washrooms were not clean. Everything here was really bad.

"Not a good hotel"

Not a good hotel, the location of the hotel was not good. The rooms and the food served was very bad and the service was worst. Not a worth stay. Not recommendable.

Overall experience is good. room was clean and clear with very nice food. Behaviour of all the staff was mindblowing.
Best Experience: When I saw peak of Kanchenjungha early in the morning @ 5a.m from the window of my room.

We booked one super deluxe room which was very good, it was a view room. We can see the Kanchanjangha clearly from our room, the hotel had a good quality of the food that was in nice taste. We had a very nice comfortable stay,

This hotel is little far from the airport. Room was well furnished & ambience was good. hotel is surrounded by some nice sightseeing places. Hot water was coming through out the day. I had a very good vegetarian food
