The best hotel in Panchgani I can say. It has everything inside. All the film stars also stay there and it has the best view you can ever see. The food is awesome, specially the cakes. The hotel has its personal screening and best to visit with family and friends. The hotel is maintained well and is very beautiful with it swimming pool and lawn tennis court.

The location is perfect, located in the heart of the valley. Beautiful architecture and awesome facilities and amenities by the hotel made my stay memorable. The climate was awesome as Mahabaleshwar is famous for its chilled weather. I enjoyed my stay the core.

We stayed there for two days. Would say one of the best hotel in Panchgani. If you want to get a valley facing room please get it booked in advance (hard to get during weekends). We enjoyed our stay there. We were shown a Magic show too there. Food too was good in the restaurant.

I stayed for two nights in this hotel with my friends. Hotel was very nice. Food was tasty. Veg and non veg all varieties were available. Services were fully satisfactory. Rooms were well furnished, neat and clean. Tennis, gym, and spa were available for activities. Swimming pool was not available. Location was fabulous. Outside view was available from my room. Appearance was awesome. I booked my room in this hotel directly. I booked valley view hotel. Ravine as a place is excellent for travel. I can recommend this hotel for my friends.

Hotel is very nice. My experience at this hotel is nice. I spent my time in enjoyment. View that is visible from hotel rooms is awesome. Sightseeing places in Panchgani are very attractive. I like the tennis court in the hotel. Services are up to the mark. Food is available there but I took my food outside. Rooms are excellent. It was tidy and perfectly maintained. Hotel is located little far from city area. View is such impressive that you donít need to go out for sightseeing. It is a nice nature view. Hotel location, maintenance, appearance, services or all are sensible. There is no point of disapproval. Panchagani is very beautiful place. Hotel is highly recommendable to all.

We travelled to Panchgani and Stayed at Ravine hotel, initially our plan was to stay here for one night but looking at the view and overall experience we decided to extent one more day.

Here are the positives and negatives of the Hotel and room
Positive
1. Valley plus rooms have awesome view
2. The entire resort property is well designed and one can spend time sitting in the premises itself
3. Food is tasty
4. Reception staff was polite.

Negatives
1. Restaurant staff has different behaviour towards in house guest and outside guests once they know you are in house guest their tone of voice changes. Its strange but true.
2. Food is tasty but very costly
3. They donít serve main course in the room only snacks and starters are available for room service
4. There is no doorbell for rooms and the room service staff knocks the door so badly it becomes annoying sometimes.

The hotel was great. Fabulous location with a grate view on all sides. Natural shampoos conditioners and moisturisers were provided, good swimming pool but no place to change near swimming pool. Safe for single female traveler also. Beautifully decorated rooms with wood and great lights and interior. Food is yummy and affordable. Spa is perfect and relaxing. Big tennis court with a mountain view and you can enjoy your food with a mountain view. Gate service and helpful staff. Special tents, bonfire and waterfall is created to enjoy more. Full of natures touch.

Rooms were very good. Appearance wise, it was also very good. Reception services were average. Room service and staff service were good. Nothing was complimentary. Taste wise and variety wise, food was very good. Both veg and non veg food was there. It is an upper class hotel so price was high, but it was okay. Lots of activities were there and they were excellent. There was a beautiful area for kids. Location wise, it was also excellent. It is near to all the places, it is in prime location. Panchgani as a place is a very good place. It was my official trip. There should be an improvement in reception services. Room facility was okay. They did not have a coffee maker or tea maker and those things were not there but rooms were clean and well-maintained. Booking was done directly. Rooms were like concrete type. A nice view was visible from the room. Both AC and non-AC rooms were available there. It is totally a recommendable one. They have to improve their customer service.

The Hotel is a great place to stay with family. It has a duplex within the same room and one can stay in luxury. More so it has activities for the complete family- from indoor to outdoor games as well a swimming pool.

The view from the hotel is breathtaking but make sure you select a room accordingly- one that faces the valley. You can gaze at the sunrise and then the sunset all from the comfort of sitting in your room. The meals are great too and room service deserves a kudos too.

We booked a valley view plus room and stayed in this hotel for 2 days. As I mentioned, the location of this hotel is too good; one can enjoy a beautiful view from the room. Room size is good enough for two people. The interior of the room was pretty good, which made the stay pleasant and relaxing. We did not try the swimming pool as it was cold in December, but the pool was neatly maintained. However, it was very small for such a big hotel. Now, let me put the facts straight:
1. The hotel meets expectations if you are going with your spouse/family as you will get privacy to spend good quality time.
2. The food is very good. If you are non-vegetarian, then you must try crispy chicken.
3. Amenities such as table tennis and carrom are available free of cost whereas you will have to pay a little amount for using the billiards table.
Cons:
1. The staff is courteous but very very lazy when it comes to service (Service in this hotel is pathetic).
2. I am not really convinced on the price I paid to stay in this hotel, I found his little expensive vis. a vis. the facilities and services they provided.
3. There was no one to receive us at the reception and we had to request the hotel for picking our luggage from the car (ideally this should have been taken care by the hotel without even asking)
4. The booking system is a bit traditional. They do not have tie up with many leading websites for room booking as we had to deposit the full amount in their account to confirm the booking. The credit card booking application does not seem to be much secure.
My tips to the travellers:
1. Go for Valley view plus or Executive room only.
2. Try food (especially dinner) at any restaurant in Panchgani market, Most of the restaurant serves good food (try Chinese food as I found it better then the desi food)
3. Buy fresh vegetables such as broccoli and carrots from Panchgani market as it is cheap and organic.
4. If you are going towards Mahabaleshwar, then donít buy strawberries from there as you will get good strawberries from Panchgani at a much cheaper rate.
5. Carry warm clothes as it is always cold there.
I will keep this hotel as an option and suggest it to my friends and family. However, I have heard that there are some other good hotels as well. Will try those as well.
