" The window panes were open"

The window panes were open and could not be locked. Bug infestation plus. No hot water . Front desk people non courteous. No proper billing. Charged extra for credit card usage.

we did not eat at the hotel we tried it elsewhere,rooms were not as clean as i wanted them to be, booking process was easy but i dont think i will take this hotel again though. More
