This was a family trip in September. The hotel front office was very good and prompts in service. Check in and checkout was also very fast. I would rate my room excellent as all the amenities were working properly and it was very clean & spacious. Room service was excellent as it was very prompt and was throughout the clock. The staff's were co-operative and polite in their interactions with hotel customers. They were always trying to help us in every possible way. I had a good experience overall and I would definitely suggest this hotel to others as well.
The restaurant was available in the hotel. The allotted room was spacious and clean. I didn’t check activity in the hotel. AC was provided in the room. The staff’s response was good. The service was done on time. The service was good in the hotel. Everything was good in the hotel. The hotel was located in the centre of the city. I would recommend this hotel to upcoming travellers.
I went there with my family stayed there for two days. Two days are enough to explore the city. Hotel is located nearby temple. Location and appearance were fine. I made my booking online with the hotel and there were no problems with booking service to get the room. Rooms were very good. I stayed at non-AC room there. Rooms were neat, clean, and spacious. Hot water, geyser, and other facilities were available. Services were excellent. Reception and staff behavior was cordial and cooperative. Food was very nice. Hotel has its own restaurant. Only veg food was available there. They provided many varieties of veg food. South Indian food was available. There was no outdoor activity available. Guruvayur is a best place. I can recommend this hotel for other travelers.
Temple town Guruvayur is once of the best places to visit. It houses the famous Guruvayur Sree Krishna Temple, the fourth biggest temple in India in terms of the number of devotees per day. The hotel is at close proximity to restaurants. The accommodation was decent and had plenty of parking space. The hotel staff were very courteous and supportive.
Fair. Room was good. In my earlier stay and this time also I noticed that windows could not be locked from inside as screws of the pulling/pushing handle was gone. Timely repair is very essential in such matters.
