Best Experience: Food and night music , was awesome , we even danced also .

Worst Experience: Only one complaint , was with swimming pool as it was august month , we felt there was a lack of cleaniness.

Best Experience: The drinks, the food, the rooms were up to the mark . the pool was one of the best I have sen till today, well maintaINED.

Worst Experience: Well the sightseeing in the package was pathetic specially the boat cruise. The room service was bad, No bed tea/ coffee There was leakage in our toilet and also in our neighbour\'s room toilet but the person cam to repair it only after eing called several times and we wasted our entire half day of our precious holiday waiting for domestic help to arrive. As it was our anniversary that day they told us at the time of check in that they would be giving us a complimentary cake and they even asked us which flavour we preferred. however the cake never came and noone even bothered to tell us why it didnt come. It was highly embarrassing. When we ordered tealtime snacks which were complimentary with the package the service was not very pleasant. THough there was choice of sncks we were restricted to one type of snack only.
