It was a nice experience with Palmarinha team. The booking was done instantly, hence we were lucky to have such a nice hospitality experience. This property is for sure recommended who want to visit with the family, single or in groups. We could see the people having the satisfaction of staying here. Although there would be various options in neighborhood, but this is worth a experience. The hotel staff is cordial, sincere and courteous. They love to interact with the customers and help them in every possible way. They have an amazing collection of books, three swimming pools all cleaned properly, play area where we can chill out and pool side dining as well. The view from the room is also amazing! The In-room amenities are also up to the mark, the house keeping team is also well mannered and dedicated. The rooms are cozy and make our stay comfortable. Only the lights provided are totally yellow, if that can be mix of white should be a great thing. The Hotel staff are well trained to deal with all types of customers being patient. All in all a great experience. Would like to visit again. Room Tip: Choose rooms on the opposite side to the swimming pool, that gives a good nature view. Stayed July 2015, travelled with friends
It is a nice trip and hotel facility was amazing, i love to visit again and the breakfast is good. Food was amazing and we enjoyed the saturday night, which was karaoke night. The staff was very supporting and am planning to visit in Jan 2016 and for sure i will stay in the same hotel.
I stayed in Palmarinha Resort in Goa It was very nice in my lifetime. Fully enjoy dish, Next time my friends and I will visit Goa I will choose this resort to stay.
In true sense the stay at Palmarinha Resort was as if it was our home away from home. Awesome is the word I would use right from check in to the time of check out. Hassle free front office, cooperative staff, great location, lots of amenities, range of activities, all under one roof concept, spin and span rooms and proactive housekeeping staff, good food make this resort my personal favourite. The resort is located in Calangute, North Goa and is surrounded by lush greenery and trees. The resort is 5 mins distance from famous beaches of Calangute and Bagha and from local markets. We had booked a suite (one bedroom, one living room with bath & kitchen). The rooms are very spacious and the entire property is being managed very well. The resort has in house two swimming pools, restaurant, bar, spa, activity area and local office from where you can rent out 2 wheeler and explore the area. Since the resort is easily and closely connected to many tourist spots, you can plan your day very well and still be back to the resort on time. The resort has a very effective feedback mechanism and don't be surprised if a lady or a gentleman walks up to your room or while you are at pool to ask for your feedback on the services. Trust me you will be heard very well. The rooms are well equipped with mini bars, microwaves and other kitchen amenities. Food is bit expensive in the resort as they add up taxes which are huge. Alternatively you may get food packed from outside and have it in your room.
I was off to Goa for an extended weekend trip. I was expecting this to be a stress buster since this came with holidays. The hotel is located quiet far from the Airport nearly 44 Km away at Calangute. My first visual impression of the hotel was good as it appeared to be pleasant with Swimming Pool inside, until I went inside the room. The room looked spacious, but I was surprised to find out that they charge you for even a toothbrush. The AC wasn't functioning well and the room looked little uncleaned along the walls. We called the maintenance guy and he cam in after 20 minutes, but with regret he said that the cooling of AC couldn't be extended, TV too wasn't functioning well barring few channels and the entire resort is still connected with Cable Network. If you are TV person. It is a pathetic place to be as there are few options. The rates at the restaurant are unreasonable and doesn't have any logic. Recommend you to have food from outside only. While the service staff are helpful, the amenities offered are poor. There are two swimming pools in the resort, both are good. I had forgotten to as booking for two wheeler from the hotel. As others arrange the same for you, here I got the same outside the hotel via Taxi walls who charge you stupid rates as per the season. I got one Activa for 700 bucks after negotiating from Rs 1000. This is totally seasonal, but the normal rates go to Rs 300 to Rs 350 per day. My advice to you will be go to this resort as a final option and do the booking of hotels much in advance of your planned holidays....
