It was the best experience that I have had in a longtime being a business traveller and also a ex- hotelier .. i can vouch for this hotel/ palace ... it makes you go back to the days of royalty yet not make u uncomfortable ... in what you want to do . You have your own space anywhr you.. go.. Interactions with the owners and the royalty adds to the sparkle of this place... Higly recomment this place...

Naila Bagh palace took our breath away. After the hustle bustle of the city it was just the break we were looking for - serene beautiful surroundings, extremely amiable staff , not to mention the ever smiling hostess and her attention to detail , which made our stay worth it\'s while.

Best Experience: My favourite was the Jeep safari organised by the hotel itself :-)

We wanted to stay in a heritage property, which Naila Bagh Palace certainly is. But they have a long way to go to make the most of this centrally located, beautiful gardened property. Sweet talk is hardly the only skill that is enough to run a heritage hotel.

Best Experience: The palace is centrally located and has a beautiful green open space in front. Staff is pleasant and friendly.

Worst Experience: Advertised Standard rooms have been renamed as Deluxe rooms and prices doubled. They refuse to take responsibility for room types and rates that are being advertised and booked through well known travel portals like Makemytrip.com. In spite of that showers do not work even after the same is reported. They practice serious cost cutting - no bed tea, only one set of newspapers for the whole establishment, and even drinking water in rooms is chargeable (at premium marked up rates)! The whole of the back portion including the swimming pool is under renovation. There is a school within the property, so am not sure how quiet it is on weekdays (we were there during a long weekend).

More than the stay the people at Naila are warm. It\'s almost as though you are part of their extended family. Very lovely people and the surroundings are very very authentic and rich in heritage. Expect great quality service. You get exactly what you are promised. I would recommend this place to one and all. The place is steeped in history. Not only was it the house of the ex-prime minister of jaipur but bill clinton i believe took an interest in naila! Oh and if you are lucky you get to see some nice superbikes on the weekend!!

Best Experience: The people made sure that any and all of our needs were taken care of. Like i said the people made the difference. They were warm and welcoming!
