the hotel is good overall. rooms are windowless so its kinda gloomy inside. since there are places to hang out side of hotel till late night the hotel essentially is for sleeping in. The facilities provided in room were good.

Though we arrived with the December 2011 cyclone, we were amazed at the service that the staff of The Richmond Puducherry gave us. We would be happy to go back there.
