Room, Service and beach are quite good. Private golf course and huge pool are a definite plus.

Best Experience: Grand spacious rooms with high cielings. Friendly service.

Worst Experience: Quite a distance from any Goa activity, food very generic could be better. Some parts for of the hotel such as the sports center need better up keep and maintenance.

The size of the property is virtually mammoth, with a golf course attached to it. Secured by River on either side, the hotel has a private beach attached to it. The upkeep, room etc is top notch. Unfortunately till Mid December 2007, the hotel did not have acquired license for water sports and that was majorly missing.

Best Experience: Extremely warm service. Attached private beach. Beautiful poolside restaurant and sunken bar. Lush green golf course. Has most amazing shack type restaurant on oceanfront where the moonlight dinners are absolutely awwsome!!!

Worst Experience: Nothing worst, however watersports facility was lacking at the hotel. due to the size etc factors, the hotel is located far south side of Goa, and hence is a far from the crowds and happening places. For the ones who seek crowd, noise etc, this might be let down. but for the ones who are looking for solitude, relaxation, this is the place to be!!!

The resort is an excellant property however it is too far away from Airport/North goa. To travel from Airport to this place take almost 2 hours which is actually killing precious time at beatutiful place like Goa. Once you are here then its a premium luxury offered.

Best Experience: Great private beaches. Excellant swimming pool and health center.

Worst Experience: Not any.

overall resort ids good but it is too far from rest of goa so that one has to waste so much time in travelling from south goa to north goa. Destination is good,food is good,romms are also well ,quite place nice beach side destination with golf facility.

Best Experience: beach side coacktail party ,watching full screan world cup match between india and srilanka in braganza hall.

Worst Experience: we indians want to wash with water after having shit but they only put tissue papers inthe toilets.

overall the resort is good...but a bit far off if one is travelling from mumbai pune,etc.....gr8 settings.as we visited it in the rains the sea was rough but one could surely imagine the beach during winters and summers must be great. pool is big.

Best Experience: food was the best..bicycle rides can be enjoyed ....room is really big......best is the window between the toilet and the room .one can relax in the tub chatting and listening to the music...sea side room must be more enjoyable though these rooms to had a good view.

Worst Experience: worst ...none .but the rooms and the dining area needs a lot of walking........but thats there in all resorts...room accessories are not to the 5-star resort standards. travelling from the resort to any location quite expensive.....
