I reach there in the evening of Dec 2014 and quite surprised by the royal welcome by hotel staffs. It's quite a pleasing attitude from the hotel staffs itself. When I entered in to the room the interior decorative system z so pleasing. You may say it's like a queen or any kings palace. Regarding the food what I feel is that so nicely served with grand decorated stuffs and pretty impressive menus. I must suggest to visit at least once. The way that treated I liked the most was their services.
I visited this hotel upto 4-5 times till now. It's a very big and beautiful hotel in vashi area. The location is also in posh area. The service from hotel staff was better than other hotels in Mumbai. The rooms were also attractive and big. It is quite affordable hotel. Food was very good and with quality. There are many malls near the hotel so, if you are bored then you can go for shopping or for movie also. So, if you want a good hotel in Navi Mumbai area you should visit this.

Wonderful place to stay in Navi Mumbai. Its not very far from Vashi Railway station. The rooms are big enough and comfortable. Hospitality and Service is Good. Breakfast is very delightful. Best in the area for business travellers. So i like most this place. Again i want to go that place.
The hotel Royal Orchid is really a royal hotel. Staff were very supportive and cordial. Rooms were big and beautifully arranged. Sufficient amenities like drawer, iron board, refrigerator, etc. Were in the rooms. Especially, their breakfast was delicious, tasty, appetising. Hotel policy needs to be revised. Hotel staff don't allow any guest (even if it is male) in the room after 7. 30pm which is little bit annoying.
