We were a group of 14 people. Booked seven rooms. Lookswise and view wise superb place though a bit far from the main market. Food is just okay. Had dinner and breakfast both. Restaurant manager is a bit over smart. We saw him indicating the staff to stop bringing papad and Roti during dinner and that was in bad taste. You are charging 300 bucks per person and this is what you do. He is mainly interested in charging money for everything without providing the quality and quantity. Tvs were not working in some rooms which were later on fixed after repeated complains. Not much channel options though as they hadn't recharged the set top box adequately. Hot water was not available in one of the rooms which was fixed only after a day. Staff attitude is also a bit rude as if they feel we are staying in a hotel for the first time. Still tipped them 500 bucks for the loading and unloading of the bags of 14 people just on humanity grounds though they don't deserve it. And the best is that you are not at all alone at this place. There are rats everywhere giving you ghostly sounds at night and passings here and there during the day. They are present in the rooms, balcony and also in the restaurant. I just hope they are not there in the kitchen. So overall you ll be tempted to book your stay by the looks but I bet you would have better options available elsewhere in the same range that too near the market.
The location of the hotel on is wrong. It's very far away from the mall road. Minimum 3 km may be. You can't walk to heart of the city. You need a car every time when you want to go the main city I arrived at the hotel in evening at around 8 pm. It was heavily raining. The moment I arrived at the hotel. I just got scared. There was no one in the parking. No one to guide to hotel. We took our own umbrella and reached till the hotel The moment we entered. There were only 2 people at the reception. No proper light. It was half dark. Just a couple of lights were working. I again got scared. The old man sitting there at the reception just saw our booking paper. They gave the formality papers to be filled. As it was heavily raining we demanded for heaters. The old man there said we don't provide it free. Pay first and then will provide it. But we booked a tour which said that everything including the heater was inclusive of the package. The old man didn't listen to us and was talking rudely. They just started fighting. Then we made him talk to the tour manager. Then he agreed with a false attitude He gave us the keys to the room. It was fourth floor. But listen to me what he said. The lift don't work. You need to walk till the fourth floor. The lift don't work cause there is no proper voltage. Can you beat this? A 3 star hotel gives a excuse of improper voltage, and the lift not working cause of it. This is so depressing, so annoying. Then he said he will give rooms on 3rd floor so that we need to walk less But the rooms, they were stinking like hell, they weren't used for ages for sure. God! I was just feeling that I came to a wrong place. Paying such a huge amount, I was feeling disgusted. We told him to give the rooms we booked on 4th floor. The rooms were good to look, but again the there was no proper light. We asked for heaters. They provided the heaters. So damn irritating :( the heaters didn't provide any heat. They changed the heaters on demand. But no use! The changed ones were also the same! The room was not prepared before we arrived. There was no coffee maker, no warm blankets No water, no glass, so after a travelling day. What we got there was a bad service. Rude conversation:( then after my tour managers request. Our rooms were shifted to 1st floor. But it's a true saying once the start is bad. You don't feel good about things. Entering the room made me feel the same. The rooms were stinking. Of phenol or something. The wash rooms with low lights. No washing soaps in the bathroom. No toilet paper. And to make me more irritate there was no water in bathroom. When we called the room service. A guy arrived & said there no water in the tank. A 3 star hotel gives this stupid reasons! The electricity cuts every half an hour, no proper heating service. Everything we got in the room was only after we demanded. Why can't they provide at least the basic necessity on there own. I mean was I demanding out the service things But guys seriously if you want to enjoy your holiday happily with ease don't choose this hotel. It's perfectly bad at service with the things. The furniture is getting old. May it's already old. The need to renovate things. And make it better. The service was average, whatever we ordered to the room arrived after half an hour. They need to increase the staff. I saw only 4 guys supplying to the whole hotel. The guys in staff were good and friendly. Very helpful and cooperative Food is good. Very good I can say. Thanks to chef. At least this experience at the hotel was good. There a pub. A small place on the lower ground floor. Nicely decorated. Giving it a pub feel. But can they hire a proper guy to play the music. There is a gym. Didn't get time to use that. There is a pool game room too. Though there was so many things. They are not properly maintained. The basic needs are just not to the basic expectations. I would never recommend this to anyone.

It was tremendous hot in Kolkata in May. The temperature reached almost 40 degree and there was huge pressure in ongoing project. So we need some peace in natural AC. One of my friend suggested to go to Manali. This is the first time we all agree without any argument and believe me it is the real Switzerland in India After reaching Manali we stayed in Royal Park Hotel". It is located within 1 km from the city. So you will get all kind of facilities. The rooms were clean and airy. You can see floating clouds from the window. The toilet was clean. You can Bath with hot water as there is running hot water available in bathroom. From towel to shampoo you will get each and everything in bathroom so no need to bring these things The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. They were trying their best to serve each and every guest with a smile There is a bar in this hotel. So you need not worry at all. They also provide excellent food. You can choose your favourite food from a huge menu list. The only problem you can face is network problem in Mobile. You can use the landline to make calls. They also provide very high speed internet so you need not worry at all.
