Hotel ruby was an awesome hotel for couple. Good room service and good staff, clean room, good food, service rooms are in good condition, air condition is working fine. It is just few distance from Jaipur railway station and near to science park jaipur. The location was good and my girlfriend is so happy with me at ruby hotel. I visited Varanasi in the month of September 2016 and stayed in this hotel. The check in and check out was done on time. The location of the hotel was good and was close to the city. The service of the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful. The internal and external appearance of the hotel was nice. The room allotted to me was good and the food served in the hotel was good in taste and quality. I did not observe any of the activity at this hotel. I will recommend this hotel for upcoming travellers.
Hotel rooms are spacious, bathroom was clean and staff are well-honest with work. Overall this hotel is very good. Front manager are very good person. Outside hotel spacious parking and on the main road near station. We advise to travellers to stay in this hotel.
We stayed for 2 days in Dec. 2015. Hotel location is good (near to railway station and bus station). Rooms were clean and ok in space. Wifi was free but when we contacted the reception, we got the most known answer there is some technical problem. So, do not expect wifi even if it is mentioned free in the booking. Hot water is available in the morning only. It is not good specially in the winter season.
