Resort is really good.. I booked the place over phone and my check-in was smooth. The rooms were neat. View from the balcony was fantastic.[this is the main high light of this resort] . But dont go for AP Plan....

I booked the place over phone and my check-in was smooth. The rooms were very neat. View from the balcony was fantastic. I could see an excellent sunrise, which was much better than what I saw in Kanyakumari. Food was also excellent. Overall I am very happy with the stay here....

It was great staying at the resort. The property offers best valley view, from each room. Each cottage has a private terrace and each of those offers the same view. It is located at a quite and pleasant location. Couple of minutes drive from the city center/commercial street....

Overall it was an excellent experience, of me staying in Sagar Resorts. Resort's location was in Valley View (Before 2-3 kms of OOTY's main town) which is very peaceful and silent. All the rooms in the resort has a balcony, which has a view of the valley with privacy....

This was the worst hotel edperince in my lifetime.The service is really bad . In 3 days i changed the room twice because of hot water problem.the reception and house keeping is worst .Never try this resort ....

The resort is located in the hill top (4 kms before charring cross off coonoor road) facing ketti valley. The resort location and the valley view are too good and worth it for the price paid. The rooms are spacious and good to accommodate two or three. The flooring in the room are in wood and bathroom is fitted with geysers and runs hot water for 24 hours. The resort also operates a winch which would be useful for ladies...

Before going to Ooty, not sure of which hotel to go, tried through travel agents (Safe Wheels, Bangalore); they recommended 'Sagar Holiday Resorts', (Not Sterling).
