The overall experience of the hotel was excellent. The check in and checkout was not delayed. All amenities were working in the room. The destination of the hotel was good. The parking area was not available at the hotel. I didn't taste the food in the hotel. The food facility was provided in the hotel. I didn't check any activities arranged by this hotel. I had visited this hotel for official purpose.
Traditional stylish hotel with great location at Saina Resort. Awesome buffet breakfast! Easy 20 minute drive to the airport. Lovely rooms impressive lobby great food. It was lovely to see whole families enjoying the Sunday brunch. It seemed like the restaurant was a bit of an institution for local residents. Would choose this hotel again in Mumbai.
It was little beat costly but the resort was awesome. It was a family relaxation there. I enjoyed a lot there. I love the water park as I am a very big fan of waterpark. The gym had good equipments. Hotel staff was supportive and rooms were very big. The amenities were too high and the food was luxurious. Never seen such a exciting experience ever. The free internet was very high speed. Suggest everyone to stay here.
I would not even rate this as 1 star. I had a very bad and sad experience of my life, one of my bad and worst decision to go to Saina resort. It was told over the phone that it would be convenient to move from Malad, however it took me 250 by rickshaw to reach that place, corner of one world, however coming from Versova was much nearer. When we reached there since there was no group coming in there they told me that the package of 650 would not be given. And I had to pay 2500 for a room for a day picnic and only swimming pool is free, food would be charged. Since I was with my hubby and my 2 years son, being disappointed I had to return. The staff didn't show any sign of goodwill since we came from far. Horrible place to be.
Couple of weeks we have visited this resort with family and friends for outing on weekend. It was great experience. All the family members appreciated for me for taking into this resort. Resort consists of excellent property with all indoor and outdoor activities. It consists of superb pool and gym for relaxation. Food is good as we given the list of menu, which needs to be prepared. Overall, good outing with family.
This is a great resort located at Malad, Mumbai, nice to see water park and free wifi zone. Refreshing resort and too good deluxe rooms however the resort is costly but it is fulfilled by amenities. The hotel staff is polite and supportive, rooms were air conditioned and good furnished. Good to see vegetarian food and room service was extraordinary.
Location of the resort is good but service of the resort is very bad. Management and staff behaviour is not standard. All amenities are not operational. Food quality is also very bad. There is no transport facility & washroom facility. Resort water is so muddy.
There was no problem to find out the hotel. I stayed there only for one night so staff was not available there. Room was good with garden view. Food was okay there. Limited varieties were available there. Buffet system was there. Destination and location was bad. Service and room was average. There was no activity. It was a relaxation trip. They did not arrange any sightseeing trip for us.
