It was a wonderful experience staying at Nanu Resort. The cottage was very spacious and airy. Service was prompt, and the place is very clean. The only problem here is the large presence of foreign tourists, who are given preferential treatment by the waiters and watchmen etc. It made us feel at times, that they were more welcome than us! The reception was different though, they were very courteous and polite to all. The food is tempered to the western palate, but it is quite good. You have a good choice of vegetarian dishes, and Chinese and Italian and Continental stuff. There were a couple of things I didnt like about the room. One was the absence of footmats/rugs on the floor. Being a beach resort, it was very necessary. Water was supplied in very little quantities for drinking, and there should be a kettle and tea/coffee ingredients in the room itself. The shack owners at the nearby beach have a very bad attitude towards the Indian tourists and they go out of their way to please the foreigners. But all in all, the location is fantastic, and the beach very close by, saf,e and absolutely uncrowded, which still makes it a great holiday destination.

Best Experience: The Resort manager on special consideration agreed to pick up me and my husband from different places at different times, as per my request. They usually do a pick up and drop only once. As we were arriving from different cities, by different travel modes, it was causing a problem. But the resort very graciously extended this service to us.

Worst Experience: The worst experience we had was actually on the beach, with the shack owners, who very rudely told us to get off the sun beds, saying they were reserved. Apart from that that, the only thing that didn\'t go well was the Christmas party...the entetainment program was very badly managed. There were too many long gaps which killed the momentum.

We went to Goa expecting sun, sand and very little vegetarian food. We had taken Board games to wile away our evenings - with children . But we were so pleasantly sy\\urprised by Nanu resorts. Its away from the madding crowd. Can hire bikes to go near by and a leisurely wlk on the beach in the eveing will lead to the para sailing, boating , water skiing experiences. As usual the sunsets sipping fenni / beer in the small ( good food , hygenic ) shacks was memorable. The hotel organses taxis to go around Goa withn a guide for a resonable rate. The eveings the resort has live singers, dancers etc. Worth every penny - especially since we did not expect it. Will recommend to any ony wanting to relax and wants crowds only with a small effort.

Best Experience: Food was excellent . Buffet breakfast, lunch adn dinner ! With kids it great to know you can find different cusines in one place. Loved the walk in the evening to do parasailing and return by the moonlight. It was so surreal = like in the movies.

Worst Experience: NOne - we were on holiday and every experience was interesting and thus memorable.

I had a wonderful experience. It was likedream come true.

Best Experience: In the night after reaching I wondered I was so far from the sea beach. So in the morning while going to take the breakfast I made up my mind to ask a taxi to take me to the beach, but while having breakfast I was totally traken aback. The sea beach was next door. A wonderful beach and a wonderful time.

Worst Experience: I did not have any bad experience.

This resort is well located. Being on Betalbatim Beach, it provides a much quieter beach experience. The fact that Martin\'s Corner is almost walking distance from the resort, those with liking for good food, would find this a great convenience. We had a Sea View room which one will not get at Coconut Grove which is next doors.

Best Experience: The best experience was lazing around on the beach and eating lunch at the shacks everyday.

Very satisfied.

Best Experience: Exclusiveness of beach to the guests of resort; food suitable to foreign and domestic tourists; clean environment.

Worst Experience: Front desk made us to wait some extra time while checking out, without voluntarily explaining to the guest the technical problem in their system.
