We a group of 4 adults and 2 children booked the resort form 20 January to 22 January 2018 The front desk manager or attendant Mr. Jairath is very good at being rude and arrogant. He has some serious attitude problems On the night of 21 January a rat was present in the wardrobe and had cut out a winter jacket of ours. When we complained about this to the resort manager Mr. Ajay Rawat, he out rightly said that we were lying about it even when he was not even present on the site as he was himself out on a leave When we asked Mr. Rawat what would he had done if god forbid the rat had bitten one of the kids in the group. Is he even aware what kind of diseases can a person be infected if bitten by a rat Then you would have said that we had brought a rat bitten child with us from our home Mr. Rawat if by any chance you read this review please try to be polite and understanding. The guest in the resorts are not some downtrodden people who will lie about some trivial issue like this.
