Overall experience not bad.Hotel is situated close to main town & easy locatable. Food & drink is average type.Needs improvement on overall service to customer like attention etc.

It was great experience. Beautiful place to stay. Hotel staff is very supportive and amenuties provided by hotel are excellent.

Overall experience with Kerala is good.But as i booked with Indian Mirror, the tour package was very bed. Bcz they do n\'t know how to plan so that the visitor should cover all the places .
So before planning consult them who went/visited there....

My overall experience staying at sandra palace was not good enough.
Best Experience: My best experience i would say was the location at which the hotel was located near to the market one enjoys evening walk purchasing spices.

Good, thekkady is very good place. Boating in river see animals in jungle & elephant savari is nice memories. Hotel is having big rooms & sightseens.
