Sannati is a small village situated on the shores of the Bhima River in Chitapur Taluk. The Chandrala Parameshwari Temple, located in the village, is popular among tourists. Many excavations have been done by the Archaeological Survey of India, here. Various sculptures, tablets and terracotta items have been found in the excavation. This place is famous for the discovery of an ancient Buddhist Mahastupa. The Karnataka Government strives to establish the village as an International Buddhist Centre.

In the busiest schedule of the day after getting stroked by heavy sun and you are in Gulbarga, and you really need some peace then find some time and visit this place.
Almost 9 km off the city with good transportation facilities including bus and other public transports. Easily reachable safe and beautiful place, offshore the city with less amount of crowd to disturb. The white beauty, the Budhha Vihar, one of the finest attractions of Gulbarga.
This place is the combination of his management and the finest bodhi art. The main temple is divided into upper portion with Buddha statue and other mesmerising statutes.
The lower portion has a great place for meditation, there is something in that arena that wouldn't let you come out. The perfect mind relaxation one can find within reach.
This place has various rooms will equipped with all facilities, many pilgrims keep on visiting, during evening it becomes most beautiful thing to see in Gulbarga. The place is very neat and clean, well maintained, assured for family hangouts, sightseeing and lot more fun.
Every time you visit you feel like coming again, that's the magic of the holy spirit and lots Buddha. Must visit once.
