Hotel staff behaviour, room service, food & inside hotel environment was fantastic. The room cost was very moderate as compared with other low service hotels. Only negative factor was the location. It was far from the main happening place ie the Swargo Dwar & also due to fishermen village nearby sometimes it stinks.
I had been to Puri in the month of February 2017 and stayed in the Santana Hotel. It was my holiday trip with family. My travel destination was average. The hotel location was average. The appearance of the hotel was average. The staff at the reception was very good because of 24/7 availability. I booked this hotel via online. The services which were provided in the hotel were good with quick response. Rooms which we stayed in were good with facilities and hygiene. The hotel food was good as we like the taste and ambience.
what to say ? I will visit Puri once again just to stay at Hotel Santana.
I had a comfortable stay there. It is far from the sea side, but location is good. It is near to the Railway Station. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was normally maintained, the rooms were fine. The dining hall was good. You can view the beach from the roof top of the hotel. The food there was good. It can be recommended to other travellers.
