We visited this place during December for a family vacation. Booked this place through Make My Trip. It is a nice place far away (30 to 45 minutes) from the hustle and bustle of Port Blair city but close to the Mahatma Gandhi National Park in Wandoor. If you plan to take a trip to Jolly Buoy island, then the ferries start from this park but if you are to visit the other sightseeing locations in Port Blair or ferry to North Bay/Ross island then you have to travel all the way to Port Blair city We had booked the sea facing cottage. It is just facing the sea and not near the beach. The cottage rooms were quite spacious and the rooms were neat. Had a little bug problem in the night time because of the proximity to beach and the big lawn in the property. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The restaurant is nice and they serve quite a variety of food. It takes a while to serve the order even when there were very few guests as they try to make it fresh. There are no other shops or restaurants near the resort There are not many activities in the resort. The pool is nice and has a depth of almost 10 feet on one end even though it doesn't look like it. Be careful with kids. There is also a designated swimming area in the beach. Other areas of the beach are prohibited for swimming because of the crocodile incident. There are warning boards all over the beach Overall a very good experience and the kids loved the place except for the part that they didn't have access to the beach because of the crocodile problem.
It was really very peace place. Great visiting there. Very helpful staff and so much cooperative. Very clean and managed rooms. Just beside of the best beach in the port Blair, Wandoor Beach. I would like to visit again and again. Very nice hotel, the swimming pool not very suitable for swimming rather for divers to train, good restaurant, very helpful staff, big rooms especially in the cottages, nice private beach, WiFi not working properly.
Resort is conveniently located near to beach but far away from the city. Staff and service over there was good. Appearance wise it was good. Rooms were average with garden and sea view. Food quality and taste was good with reasonable price of both non-veg and veg option. It was value for money. Cleanliness can be improved.
We stayed in ocean princess amid the last leg our vacation in Andamans. Typically we attempt to keep the keep going leg of our long travel unwinding. Our occasions in Andamans so far was extraordinary as in the shorelines are so unbelievably. Though our lodging knowledge have been so. Be that as it may, coming to ocean princess was our best choice. The resort is not in the heart of port Blair thus individuals may give this place a miss. The staff was so lovely and helpful. Their administration was exceptional with great Indian nourishment. Infact we saw mango trees and simply inquired as to whether it was ready and in Min somebody culled, washed and gave us 3 ready mangoes. It's on a shoreline itself. Brimming with corals and lovely and beautiful perspective from your room overhang. You don't need to go to Chidiya ka tapu for Sun set. Here the sun sets is the best in Port Blair. My little girl is a fastidious eater so they got her bananas so she eats something. That was so nice. The rooms are not much to expound on but rather we had ocean confronting room which beyond any doubt was an or more. The beach. Wow It was great and the best part is Chidyatapu is so close. I think one ought to go to Chidyatapu. We did our scuba there. They have the best shoreline so disengaged and tranquil. Seriously Havelock is so commercialized. If you come here its paradise on Earth. I give a twofold thumbs-up to this spot.
Services were average. Food was tasty. Look wise the hotel was awesome. Location was very nice. Booking and front office was cordial. Rooms were neat and clean. Activities were fantastic. Havelock place is fabulous for travel. This hotel is recommendable for travelers.
