good .Only problem at sea shell- no room service, no intercom and dining room not air conditioned although we found the weather pleasant when we went

the place is awesome,however we didn\'t realy had a good time at the hotel. we had a candle light dinner planned as it was our wedding anniversary, however the hotel decided to postpone the same as per their convenience. I am glad I asked around 7pm about the status of the dinner and forced them to arrange for one as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. buffet menu is very limited and the food is not at all tasty as Seas Shell.

Best Experience: Havlock as a place is good. the location of teh hotel is good/.

Worst Experience: we managed to drop something on the bedsheet. it was a minor stain, the hotel insisted and made us pay rs2000 for a bed sheet. the stain is so small, that we got the bed sheet dry cleaned and its all clean and clear now.) we asked the hotel to give the bed sheet to us as they made us pay Rs2000 for the stain)/ also we we reached Havelock, we were trying to figure out if hotel transfer was included in our deal,we met someone who ibtroduced himself as a Hotel staff ,and mentioned that he was there to pick us up. the hotel is 500mts away from the jetty, when we reached hotel, he charged us Rs200 and informed that the hotel transfer was not included in our package, I totaly feel that he just made money. The guy was from the hotel as it was a hotel cab.
