Service is not at all acceptable as per the room rent. The telephone system doesn't work , no calling bell to call the housekeeping or room service, every time you have to find some one outside. Nobody bothers to serve the customer. Coffee also served in dirty thermos.

Best Experience: No such good experience staying here.

Worst Experience: Phones not working, TV remote doesn't work in most of the rooms. You have to go to reception to find some one.

I stayed there for one day/night. The room service / food was ok. However, there was no arrangement for boiling/sterilizing infant feeding bottles. When I gave the washed bottles to the waiter for boiling, he simply put all the bottles in the bathroom bucket and then poured only boiling water from electric kettle in that bucket and then brought it back to me after 5 minutes. And did not tell me what he has done. Further, the reception staff was horrible and unfriendly. The credit card machine was not working. I had to borrow cash from my relatives to pay the hotel bills. Also, the Manager gave me bill for stay without TIN / CST no. and when I demanded he gave very rude reply. He was doing the same for fooding bill also, and when I asked him for the same, he asked for VAT payment which I gave him and then he gave me the fooding bill with TIN no. This means that he has been doing some mischief. His behaviour was very rude and he was not ready to listen anything. Not at all a place to stay!!!!
