I stayed here for a couple of days and got the worst experience I could ever hope for. If you are a vegetarian, I would totally advice you to stay away from here, not because the place does't serve Veg. But because they can serve you anything that they wish; we were a group of about 10 people and nearly all were PURE vegetarians, but even after specifying properly about the veg dishes that we wanted, the staff served us EGG FRIED RICE and CHICKEN MANCHURIA!! As we were vegetarians and also quite hungry, we couldn't tell the difference if it was paneer or egg, we got to know the reality only after the non-vegetarian informed us that what it really was, but ppl had already eaten it. This happened not only with us but also with other guests who had come there, mashed egg was also present in various other Veg. Food items!! We were stunned and naturally got angry when we contacted the staff, they out-right said that this wasn't their mistake and refused to do anything. Even at such a grave moment the staff was giggling and totally shameless!!! They were not at all considered of what had happened and were making stories and even the person In-Charge was very arrogant and even said that it wasn't A BIG DEAL!!!! We were astonished and raged out. The only asset of this place is its infrastructure. There are about 20 rooms here and only 5 people to serve them all; Ordering anything to the room takes at least 45 minutes also, this pathetic service is only available till 9:30, any if you need anything after this you are totally on your own, also the intercom works only till 10PM and not after that. Not only the dinner but the breakfast was also TERRIBLE, dosa was as thick as utpam, sambhar was only water and colour and the soup was like water with no flavour at all. Before the incident when we asked the receptionist about places to visit in Munnar, he was like "I don't know and I'm not from this place" in a very arrogant and apprehensive way. The staff was never interested to do any work, there was also an incident where a person took buffet and went to take DAL and it wasn't there so, when he asked the staff, the staff said how is HE supposed to know where the dal is and asked the guest to eat food without dal!!! The facilities mentioned on its own website are never there: Mobile Network-nope, Free internet-no internet at all!! , Indoor/Outdoor games-only a swing and see-saw, No trekking of any form and you can't even think of a way out if anyone gets a medical emergency in the middle of the night as they don't have any vehicle or med kit available.
Hotel was good but location was not good. This hotel was situated very far to the prime location; it was located in outer area. Munnar as a tourist destination is nice place. Location wise hotel was average. Look wise it was beautiful and well maintained. Booking and front office people was fine. Check in and check was easy. Staff was quick to respond on calling and friendly. Room was spacious and well maintained. All basic amenities were present in the room like AC, TV, geyser, bed, etc. I tried food there, it was okay. Campfire activity was arranged there. I went there with my husband in May month.
Hotel is good. Room service is good but in bathroom no hot water facility. Breakfast is average. Hotel view is best but hotel location is far from main Munnar road. I think at late night travelling way is risky and please provide the hot water in bathroom because Munnar's weather is cold.
The garden was not available in the hotel. There was no problem in check-in and check-out. The behavior of the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The activity was not arranged at the hotel. The best part of this hotel was location. There was no suggestion for this hotel. The money spent at the hotel was worth. The parking facility was provided at the hotel. WiFi facility was not available in the room. The overall experience was good. I had visited this hotel for relaxation trip with family. I would like to recommend this hotel for upcoming travellers. The food quality was good.

Conveniently located with good hospitality. The food served was pure vegetarian, less spicy and very tasty and they provided south Indian food varieties. Room was spacious, neat and comfortable, has a TV and geyser facility in the room. It is located city centre and very convenient to find out. Hotel appearance, exterior and interior were good. Travel agency booked the room and there was no problem at check in and check out. Staff were very caring, helpful and very attentive and they provided welcome drink. I stayed here with family for relaxation in October 2013 and my native place is Ongole.
